La Roche Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser 400ml

Ever since my dermatologist recommended this cleanser to me, I have repurchased it several times. the reason she recommended it to me is because she trusts this brand and she said this specific cleanser is very gentle on sensitive skin and great if you are experiencing any dryness. it feels so hydrating and feels so soft and my skin feels so clean afterwards - but not to a point where it completely strips all the natural oils from my face because that’s not something you wanna look for. it’s the perfect balance on my skin. Also there isn’t any scent to it and the packaging is great and easy to dispense. It is a bit pricier compared to other cleansers however, it lasts me so long and I use this almost every single day.

Best Cleanser

After years of struggling with sensitive oily/acne prone skin, and using hundreds of different gel and foaming cleansers made for acne that left my skin feeling dry and irritated, I tried my sister’s toleraine cleanser and immediately bought my own bottle. It soothes your skin and leaves it feeling completely normal, like you don’t need to moisturise immediately after cleansing. I use this as a wash-off cleanser and follow with a light moisturiser or suncream (I use Eucerin oil control), and found it is perfect for my skin and that my skin is clear and isn’t oily at all. Excellent replacement that helps me avoid strong chemicals

This was an alternative to my eye makeup remover that was offered via an app that helps me avoid strong and hazardous chemicals. This is really a gentle make up remover. I used it on my finger tips and rub all over my eye area and then all over my face. Then I use my normal gentle face wash and my make up removing routine is over in two steps. This is going to be my only option to use from now on as I don't want any strong chemicals near my face and body. A definite must buy item. It might be pricey but the bottle is large and you need a pump every wash. So it will last a long time.

Good for rosacea.... but

So Ive been using this for only 4 nights but so far so good. I find I need to use micellar water on mascara first as I find it does struggle to remove mascara and just smears it onto my face. However after micellar water I wet my face and gently massage this over my face. Its thick and creamy and cooling. Can't feel any tightness or stinging. I have rosacea and so far this hasn't made it worse. I have a few crows feet and a line across my forehead and after washing with this I find the lines feel filled in slightly so that's a bonus. I'll see how long the bottle lasts me to see whether its value for money before I buy again. But I would buy again for sure.

More hydrated, moisturized and softer skin.

I would readily give this cleanser a five start rating but for one thing………which I’ll get to below.First though, this cleanser is amazing. For the first time in a long time, my face is not red, dry and tight after cleansing. I follow up with the Toleriane Dermallergo cream, which is also great. After a week my skin doesn’t feel or look dehydrated and is certainly softer. I look forward to trying out some of the many other available LaRoche products.Now…the minus one star. I had to use a liquid makeup remover and cotton pad to wash it off!I don’t wear foundation every day, and only lightly when I do. But now, when I do, I start off by using the Micellar Water Ultra and cotton pad first, then the cleanser, which I lightly wipe off with a damp facecloth. Don’t scrub.If you prefer a quick “wash and rinse with water” cleanser, this may not to be for you. I don’t like the “double washing” myself, but given the great results, I may stick with the routine for now.

Perfect Cleanser for Reactive Skin

I’ve used this cleanser for nearly a decade. It is the ONLY cleanser I’ve found that my skin can tolerate without irritation or breakouts. Because I have combination skin that is very reactive and sensitive (along with rosacea and acne), I need an effective cleanser that will remove light makeup and won’t irritate the balance of my skin. I apply to dry skin and gently massage in, then remove with a soft cloth soaked in tepid water (rinsing doesn’t do much). I use it twice if I need to double-cleanse. Other cleaners will trigger my rosacea or give me cystic acne from the irritation. I always keep at least 1 backup on hand; it would be amazing if we could get the large bottle with the pump that is sold in other countries (like Canada) here in the US. STOP SCROLLING!! ORDER THIS CLEANSER!! I can’t tell you the amount of cleansers I’ve tried in the hope of finding one that benefits my skin. I have contact dermatitis and eczema which causes redness, soreness and dryness especially around my eyes and lips. Even with the products that advertise towards sensitive skin, I find that they still dry out and irritate these two areas .. UNTIL NOW! This cleanser is incredible. I’ve only used it once but the difference it’s made is amazing. My face didn’t feel tight or squeaky afterwards. The consistency is creamy/milky leaving my face feeling like silk! It feels hydrated and plump which is exactly what I wanted. It may be trivial to some people but to have a product completely change the way you feel about your skin is life ... MoreSTOP SCROLLING!! The only cleanser my skin tolerates

This stuff is amazing. It is the only cleanser I've found that my facial skin doesn't react to. No reactions, no burning, no tightness, no peeling. I have been through many sensitive skin cleansers, which left my skin worse than before. After this one, my skin feels nice and soft afterwards. It isn't strong enough to remove waterproof sunscreen so I double cleanse, using food grade mineral oil before hand; because I react to so called clean oils like coconut, sweet almond oil etc. I then finish it off with this cleanser and a microfibre cloth. My only issue with this is the price. It is a high quality product, which I guess is reflected in the price. But like a lot of the country, my budget is tight. Very helpful for dry and sensitive skin! I love it

I bought this product a few months ago and I am using it on morning and night time. This cleanser helps me so much with my dry and sensitive skin!I am so happy I have discovered La Roche-posay! My family is using many products of this brand.I have used other brands but they did not help me so much however this product does not glogs my skin. I usually apply a pump on my hands on wet face but could do also on dry skin.. and then I massage a bit, wait a bit and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Since I have very sensitive skin (a bit red also) and dry skin I have seen its the best outcome to use lukewarm water. I do thus as they have a different benefits and the consistency and texture of the products are a bit different.I am very pleased with all La Roche-posay products! I had serious problems with sensitivity and dry skin to a point where I I did not know what to do as it was embarrassing having dry patches of skin at this young age. However, fortunately I have a new different skin now! I still have to use the moisturising cream to maintain it and these products do not have a weird or chemical smell and the products I use they do not affect the eyes at all.The sunscreen 30spf from Anthelios category is amazing especially for my sensitive skin and eyes!I cannot express in words how happy I am to discover these products!If you have a sensitive skin and dry skin then this product is the best! The skin feels very hydrated and soft. I know it may feel a bit weird this product paying for the first week but I personally got use to it and now I am ordering another 400ml. Thus, I would highly recommend to other persons suffering from sensitive and dry skin.
