This was a life saver with my first child. She was having trouble latching on because my nipples were flat. Using this product with that immediately. It helped pull out my nipple more so my baby could get a better latch. After using it for a couple weeks little was finally able to get latched on without the help of this product.

So I took on everything I could to be a perfect mom. Breastfeeding was one of those main things in the beginning. But my body was not fully developed and I couldn't produce the amount of milk I needed in the end. Never realized how inverted my nipples were until I had my daughter. She had a very rough time latching when I tried to breast feed because of how inverted they were. Luckily for me, my hospital I had my daughter at had these in handy and showed me how to use it. Was kind of weird at first, but super helpful! Made my nipples large enough from the suction that my daughter was able to latch. Used this for months before every breast feeding.

I have fairly flat nipples that need some stimulation before my baby can get a good latch. I used to hand express some milk to get my nipple more erect but it didn’t always work so my husband brought one of these home from Walmart one day and I tried it out. It works really well and definitely got the job done. It is pretty uncomfortable to use, especially if you have sensitive nipples and it sometimes takes a few tries to get it to work.
The the price I was expecting a better product to be honest. I needed this to work at the start as I had really small nipples that my baby had a hard time latching on to (especially compared to other women..I was shocked to see how people have huge nips lol). Did the job about half the time, but when you’re desperate for baby to feed properly you’ll no doubt try it and it may be hit and miss, it’ll definitely support your newborn while they’re still learning. You won’t need to use this for long at all.
When I had my first child I came across a lot of breastfeeding Issues . I knew that with my second child I wanted to be 100 % prepared . When I was packing my hospital bag , this was the one thing I knew I could not leave without . This thing is amazing for mothers who have a hard time latching baby on , its like a mini personal pump . You suction your nipple and make it easier for baby to get a good latch on the nipple . I would recommend this to anyone as a " just in case " item . I know a lot of mothers are told to pump a little before feeding baby , just so that the nipple is already pointy.. but you can't always carry around your pump with you . This thing is tiny , and fits anywhere . The suction is just perfect and comes with two sizes .
My newest child will be arriving here in a few weeks and this will be the first time for me to ever try breastfeeding or pumping. One of the reasons I never tried breastfeeding or pumping for my other children is the fact that my nipples are flat. While pregnant with this little one I happened across a video about this product. My husband and bought this right away and it really does work! I was amazed at how fast and easy this product works and I know I will have no problems now feeding my baby. I received this in a breastfeeding care kit. The kit had a few other items and as my first time mom self I thought this everter would be useless to me. "i don't have inverted nipples", I thought to myself, why would I need this. I put it in the nursery and nearly forgot about it...then my milk came in after I had my son. I was so engorged my son couldn't latch. He would get frustrated and cry. I used this everter to draw out the nipple and my son could actually latch! I took this thing everywhere with me! It is actually still in my diaper bag even though now 5 months in I am not using it! I will definitely be using it for my next baby when that day comes!
