This is an ideal sized roasting pan for a butterflied chicken leg of lamb or other roast. It is a good weight and easily fits in the oven. But it is an indulgence. I chose it over its cheaper competitors because it is cast iron not ceramic. Others may feel differently.

Heartbroken! I was so excited about this purchase but it arrived in pieces. Box was wrapped well outside, but nothing inside box to hold roaster.
I just received my new Le Creuset roster and of course it is perfect! Le Creuset never fails! Can’t wait to roast a couple of chickens! Couldn’t be happier.
This pan is great for lasagna. 3 and 1/2 inches deep. Le Crueset is worth the price. Cast Iron cooks evenly and keeps the food hot. From oven to table.
Wow. What a difference just a simply design table can make. This table is a game changer for any room. For me it was ideal for the kitchen. I put out the old table and in with this beast of a table and the entire room got a magnificent upgrade. All smiles from me. You certainly won't regret.
So happy with my Le Creuset Roaster! Just made a lasagna in this pan. There was no overflow like in my standard 9x13 bakers.Also, very easy to clean. I have other Le Creuster pieces and will continue to add to my collection. Such great quality, and well worth the price!

I held off on buying this due to the price and decided to get it. I don’t know why I waited so long. I made the same dish I’ve been making for years and when I cooked it in this my family asked what new recipe I made was because they loved it. Lol. This pan cooks everything so much better than any other. It’s my new go to. I will probably but a second one (I just hope the price is on sale when I do)
