It roasts vegetables beautifully and I look forward to using it for anything else too. Being cast iron it retains the heat beautifully.

It roasts vegetables beautifully and I look forward to using it for anything else too. Being cast iron it retains the heat beautifully.

Have another one of these and needed a larger one. They are simply the best for roasting and last forever. Only downsides are the weight and price.
