I have owned a logitech mouse all my life. All the MX from Performance to 3S. I love Logitech products. However, this one fails flat for me. It is such a bad product that I cannot believe someone at logitech designed it as an ergonomic mouse. I started feeling a pain in my wrist for a while now because of some AI projects coming along and decided I will get the LIFT. I have to say after a few weeks of usage, my pain increased instead. It is so uncomfortable to move this mouse as you cannot really lift it(what an irony). Its impossible to grip id lightly and gently move it. You have to grip it hard as if you don't it will either fall or you will press the buttons accidentally while the mouse slips in your hand. First of all why is it a line when it should be more like a cone to simulate the perfect grip. I don't know, I still cannot forgive myself for paying $100+ for this thing. If I could I would get it back in the blink of an eye and replace it with something else of a different brand.

Logitech products are always innovative, value-added, and never disappointing. The Lift Mouse has many impressive features. For example, the ergonomic, vertical nature of the mouse does indeed provide comfort to your hand and wrist. The buttons are responsive. The Lift feels good and is a pleasure to look out. For added functionality, I strongly recommend downloading the Logi Options+ app from their website. By the way, if you have large / very large hands, the Lift might not best suit you. Finally, horizontal scrolling is a bit unnatural and cumbersome. Overall, the Lift is a viable option as your next trusted Mouse.

I absolutely love this ergonomic mouse. I have had issues the past few years with an achy wrist, which I attribute to long hours on the computer for work (and gaming). After looking around for a solution, I came across the Logitech lift vertical mouse, and I will tell you, I could tell the difference immediately. It does take some getting used to, but nothing that will turn you off from this vertical style. It comes with two AA batteries already installed (which is said to last for roughly 2 years), and a slot of the unifying receiver if that is what you choose to use. You can still utilize Bluetooth for this device, and it works flawlessly. There are four programmable buttons, which can be adjusted in the software from Logitech. The mouse itself is soft to the touch, but well built so you do not have to worry about it randomly breaking in your hand. The mouse glides very well and the left and right clicks are soft and quiet, which is ideal for a work environment (should you be in the office).Overall, I love the size and performance of this vertical mouse. The feel is pleasant in the hands, and the customization of the 4 programmable buttons opens up a world of possibly for your every day applications.
This mouse is not a bad mouse... but it falls short in some areas.Pros:- Look good!- ComfortableCons:- Uses a AA battery (not rechargeable)- Plastic feel- Doesn't really add any specific Mac featuresUnboxing:The unit comes in a small box with the usual documentation, the mouse, a Logi Bolt adaptor and a AA battery. I was surprised it uses a battery since most mice I have used in recent years are rechargeable.Setup:I first trying paring with bluetooth, pairing is easy, there are three computers you can hook up using the button on bottom. Performance is much better when using the Logi Bolt adaptor though.Use:The mouse is indeed comfortable. The size is good for medium sized hands as well. The buttons are very nicely placed for easy reach and can be found without looking. I somewhat expected some sort of horizontal scroll wheel or a button to switch windows, none are present, just the vertical wheel, left and right click and forward and back buttons. Essentially, the only thing that makes it "for Mac" is the white themed color. There appear to be no Mac specific features. The horizontal scroll is substituted by holding a side button while using the vertical wheel. It does indeed horizontal school that way but it is not natural feeling. There is also a DPI switch which does its job and is useful for large displays.I highly recommend downloading the Logitech Options software. It will allow you to customize the buttons on your mouse to your liking.Overall, it is a reliable mouse. It does the job well and looks nice in the process. I wouldn't expect any special features. The website states the one AA battery will provide up to two years of battery, that seems like a bold claim to me but battery life did not seem to be a concern in my time with the mouse.
The Logitech Lift Vertical Mouse is my first experience using a vertical mouse and I was surprised how much more comfortable it is on the wrist compared to a traditional mouse. It works much the same way as a traditional mouse, but the buttons and wrist placement seem much better thought out. When I started using it with my MacBook, I didn't want to stop using it --- that is, I didn't reach for the touchpad at all.The Lift Vertical Mouse uses (and includes) a single double-A battery to power itself, which is much better than rechargeable for a device like this, because when you are out of power you don't want to wait an hour+ before you can use the mouse again, you can just swap batteries and be back to work. When not in use, you can flip a power button on the bottom off to save battery. When I first started using it after pairing, I thought the mouse moved around the screen a little too fast for my preferences, but one button press (below, or in front of, the scroll wheel) and the mouse moved around at a normal speed.Other buttons included are left and right click, the scroll wheel, and two buttons on the opposite side which seem to work like 'back' and 'forward' in a web browser for example. The only difficulty I might have with this mouse, which is not a fault of the mouse, is that my laptop sleeve bag may be too thin to fit the mouse while carrying the MacBook. I could, and might, get a bigger laptop bag with a bigger pocket to deal with this.

A cursor speed switch button sits below the scroll wheel. It toggles between high-speed and slow-speed cursors, which is great when needing precise cursor positioning. The tracking across my smooth, wood-grained desktop did not present any issues and did not require the use of a mouse pad. Were to start well first off if your looking for a new mouse for your mac product look no further. This mouse says it's meant for med to smaller hands well i beg to differ. I have bigger hands and i love this mouse. It seems to mold to the curves of my hand. I have used several mouses on both PC and Mac and i wish this was made for PC also. When you hook it up via Bluetooth it's simple and 123 and you can hook it to multiple macs or iPad and use it on all your mac items. This mouse is probably the last one you will ever want to bye after you use it. It's like your shaking your friends hand when you use the mouse. Oh did i mention it has a 2 year battery life with 1 AA Battery. Also 4 programable buttons and you can set up your scroll to go one line at a time or a page at a time or in between. The placement of the buttons and the scroll wheel seem very well though out and they are literally whisper quiet. If you own a MacBook or an iPad look no further you found the mouse you will fall inlove with.
We have been longtime users of Vertical Mice and I was using a no-name brand as was the rest of my household. I have one at work, one at home and then of course my gaming mouse is an actual gaming mouse. I have previously had to have bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and so I am hyper aware of how well or not well a device works on preventing or at least not contributing to repetitive motion injury.I have always liked Logitech mice for business work because they feel premium, they look premium & they last a long time. However, I am usually very hard on mice, keyboards, etc. and so never really wanted to drop the money on a vertical mouse from them because of the price. It does not work so well with the iPhone (duh) but did with our Mac and with all our Windows machines too. Syncing via Bluetooth is super duper easy & replacing the device with a different device is easy to do as well too.The device looks really nice, is sleek & matches the iOS and OS X equipment it is designed to work with which is a nice touch.I can tell you that my surgically repaired wrists are loving the Logitech Vertical Mouse even with me having used one for years now. It is definitely a more natural feel & I really do love the vertical mouse, it even goes along with my ergonomic keyboard really well too!Get yours now, your wrists will thank you!
I have a MacBook pro that’s hooked up to an external display, and that I also have a separate keyboard for to use. I have used the Apple Bluetooth touchpad so I’m comparing this mouse to that. Compared to windows PC, Apple uses the touchpad well, so it usually doesn’t make sense to use a mouse for me, especially one that’s sort of odd compared to most mice. After getting use to the way this mouse is shaped, my overall experience was positive, but it does take some time and I still believe the Apple Touchpad is a better experience if you use gestures. If you do like using a mouse though, after you get use to this it is comfortable with the way its tilted. The setup was very easy, as simple as connecting an Apple Bluetooth touchpad, with the additional step of getting the app. The one part that odd is there is a spot of a USB dongle in the mouse, but there wasn’t on included. It works well with just Bluetooth, but odd that they wouldn’t include it with the mouse. I do wish though that the mouse had an rechargeable battery and with it a plug that you could also use on your PC (especially since it doesn’t come with a dongle). While I am going to use it wirelessly most of the time, since its in one spot its nice to plug it in and use it while it chargers.Overall, it’s a decent mouse but personally I feel that the touchpad on the Mac works better then a mouse. I would recommend it if you’re looking for a mouse, especially if already have a Logi device connected.
