I bought this sealant mainly because it is waterproof. I've used this on my garden shed and it applied easily enough - the test will come in the winter months! It states the colour as being brown - it's a tan caramel colour, I would have preferred a dark brown but that wasn't an option.

I have given this 5 stars because it’s easy to use and great quality. There are cheaper alternatives but they don’t have the properties this has. I highly recommend this product. Why the but in the title you may ask. Well I thought brown would be darker than it actually was. The colour on the tube is exactly the same as the product. My advice ensure you get the right colour.

Good colour, difficult container. The colour is like milk chocolate which suited my needs. Sticks well to the serfaces. When squeezing the silicon out of the container the bottom always ends up slightly wonky which makes pushing it very hard work indeed. I do not have that same problem with other brands.

Used for sealing around my oak worktops and up-stands, good consistency and nicely workable due to it being slightly stiffer to use over normal silicone. Colour is a slight off brown, but doesn't stand out too much which is great. Having used quite a few Mapei products I would recommend this too, although a slightly lower price would be nice.
Worked well to seal our upstand to our worktop, not a bad colour for our oak look worktop
Used this sealant for the first time during a recent kitchen renovation, easy to apply and nice curing time so able to blend nicely before fully cured. Surprisingly the color is a great match to what’s shown on the tube - not always the case.
Good colour match for what I needed. As always it’s a top quality sealant.
I think we tend to forget the savings and results we get from using better quality silicone sealant like this. From super reliable adhesive for skirtings etc to actually being a sealant :) this range is fantastic
Bought this along with Mapei brown grout. Colour match was good ( not perfect; but the textures of the two are different and so would not expect them to look identical) . Goes on well and has enough working time to allow for a "stroke with a soapy finger" to get the perfect appearance
I bought this product recently and saved me a lot of time, and the outcome of the work was excellent. Definitely recommended to anyone.
