I have used this smoker for quite a while and in the past used offsets and kamados, Without doubt this is a set and forget and the easiest smoker to use and get great results. This particular smoker has better quality than some of the better-known ones. A must buy !!

Well build , well priced why would u buy the WSM? Save your money, spent it on a good thermometer and some good ingredients. Did two smokes with it ribs came out beautiful, hard to use with waterbowl as it saps too much heat otherwise a great versatile smoker!

Had this a few weeks, easy to assemble not the greatest quality parts, is thinner than the more expensive models so a few air leaks, but you get what you pay for. Smokes great holds heat, the coal basket is big enough for a 120°c cook for 6plus hours. Have used it just as a charcoal BBQ also. Love the versatility.
I’m so happy with our bullet smoker, I’m only new to smokers and this Catalyst Bullet smoker hasnt let me down yet. It’s great at keeping a consistent temperature. I’m looking forward to further experimentation.
Have been smoking on the Matador bullet for 8 months now. Love it!! Built like a tank. Absolutely solid piece of kit. Was initially attracted to the Weber Smokey Mountain but the Matador is literally half the price. Holds temp like a champ. No issues at all!! Would absolutely recommend.
I've had mine for almost a year and everyone loves my smoked bbq. Only problem I've had is that the screws from the clips came off and lost in the ash. Still trying to get replacements. Otherwise I love using it and I've become a backyard bbq legend among my friends.
Everyone mentions the cheap and terrible parts for a reason, the screws washers and handles all break within 1 week of assembly. The interior paint peels off and ends up on whatever your smoking. Was forced to give 1 star, I cannot even rate this product, come on Matador, come on Bunnings. :(
Got mine yesterday. Went ok im not a master or anything. Set up was very easy all parts where there. But must say the washers included where very cheap and alot split during assembly. The handle is terrible. Mine broke day one before use. Had to use two multi grips as a makeshift handle. The temp reader is way off. Overall a disappointing purchase for the cost. It does smoke the meat and it tasted good, just poor quality materials used.
Purchased 6 months ago. Brilliant. Versatile. Space friendly. Excellent starter smoker, that will keep seasoned vets just as happy.
