I love Mega Food vitamins. Great source of vitamin D, K, and k2. I like that it is 5000 IU. A average adult is supposed to have 10,000 IU of Vit D a day. Kids 8,000. This supplement you can feel the difference!

I take the D3 because I had Covid & one of my unfortunate symptoms was hair loss. In my research D3 was one listed to take for helping with hair loss. So far so good seeing new hair where there wasn’t any. Also, take for the immune capability for fighting off Covid again or any other illnesses.
I've been taking your multi vitamins for 40 years so I am well aware of the quality of your product. Now that I'm old and need supplements, I'm happy to buy yours. Trying to get my insurance company to pay for them though, they only buy the cheap ones. So when I'm broke I buy those. Never works as well, never feel as good!
I had extremely low vitamin D levels 18ng/ml which was contributing to my fatigue, depression and most of all a feeling of being in a fog all the time. After starting taking a dose of 15,000 for 6 months my levels were up to 32ng/ml which is Ok but I wanted to get it above 50. I continued taking 10,000 ng/ml daily and 6 months later I had my levels up to 68. My brain fog cleared up, I don't feel as tired and depressed now. I have reduced my dosage to 5,000ng/ml now and at my next wellness visit I will be able to see if I am maintaining that level. I won't stop taking this supplement ever!
