Wouldn’t say it helps with sleep. Tastes ok. Found it starters not dissolve properly after a week or so of opening and would leave clumps in the bottom of the glass that did not taste very nice.

Wouldn’t say it helps with sleep. Tastes ok. Found it starters not dissolve properly after a week or so of opening and would leave clumps in the bottom of the glass that did not taste very nice.
