I had higher hopes for this vacuum, based on the integrity of the brand. It's a good, compact little vacuum for light jobs, but the attachments are not sturdy or heavy duty. The carpet attachment seemed to struggle on medium-pile carpet. I will preface this with the fact that I have two golden retrievers, but the carpet tool had to be cleaned after each room that I vacuumed, or the brush would stop spinning. I had to replace it with an Oreck, which is doing a much better job of keeping up with my pups.

I always loved Miele vacuums and this one is great. The suction on the lowest setting gets my whole house clean. I don’t know why people complain about it not working on carpet. You just need to set to the right suction power and the vacuum head also has a dial on it to adjust the airflow. The vacuum head glides over the carpet and puffs and cleans. Really no need for the power head that I used to have, for $699, this one is just as good for $399. I have nerve damage in my arm and have no problem using it. Well worth the money.

I purchased this vacuum after reading hundreds of reviews, videos and questions to those I know that own one. I am in LOVE with it! It is one of the quietest vacuums I've ever owned! I have hardwood, area rugs and medium pile carpet in a couple rooms. It made the floors throughout the house pristinely clean! I literally vacuumed the kitchen (vinyl flooring). No more brooms and dust pans for me! My back is very thankful! While some parts of this machine have been simplified and cheapened compared to my 17 yr old model, function is superior. The suction-powered turbo brush works well on carpets. Dust brust is smaller than the older model and has stiffer bristles but OK for most uses. I bought this for my parents because it is nice and light. This was a refurb but as far as I can tell it is new and immaculate. The refurb price is great - less than I paid for my new machine in 2017. Having a separate turbo head for carpets and a hard floor brush head is way better tnan the dual-purpose head on my old machine.
I love my new Miele Classic C! Turbo Team canister vacuum! I've been looking at lightweightvacuums for some time now. I really wanted a nice quality & lasting vac that I could vacuumunder my bed & furniture, and one that offers attachments. I am very happy with my purchaseand happy I didn't buy a stick vac that would not last long. This is a nice small powerful canister vac.I highly recommend!
We couldn’t be happier with our new Miele canister vacuum. The variable suction rate allows us to vacuum everything, from sheers to carpets with one vacuum cleaner and multiple heads for different jobs. And we no longer have to deal with dust escaping from the bad and out the exhaust. And it isn’t as loud as our previous vacuums, yet it’s more powerful.
We’ve used this a handful of times now in our small Brooklyn apartment (with a shedding dog) and we love it! It stores well and can be taken apart to get quite small for storage. The suction is strong and sucks everything up quickly. We use it on our hardwood floors and low pile carpets, and couch. It feels quality and we are quite happy.

I originally was going to buy the more expensive pet vacuum but found out that Miele products are not always made the same for places like Bed Bath and Beyond, so I did not want to spend the extra money for something that was not made with the highest quality.This vacuum is still exceptionally expensive when compared to other brands, however, Miele is a very high-quality company. My only complaint so far about this vacuum is that the cord is extremely short. I do need an extension cord. The head attachment is also a bit light and flimsy but this is both good and bad, it's good because it moves very easily but bad because it seems a little cheaply made.These are also my reasons for the 4 stars. When using the crevice nozzle I turn the power dial to the minimum.At the end of the hose you have to attach a handle, a two-foot rigid tube, before you can attach anything else. The handle makes it difficult to vacuum in small spaces, like in a car. I don't understand why this rigid tube is mandatory, since there is also a telescopic wand. The suction power can be adjusted with a dial on the canister, but it is still fairly strong at the lowest setting. This makes it hard to vacuum dust near objects that can get sucked in.The power button is very large and I think is meant to be push with a foot. I decided this was the time for a smaller vacuum as I frequently use it upstairs and down. I really wanted to see the vac prior to purchase, but due to Covid and many stores not carrying canisters, I had no choice but to buy online.
