BEWARE that the bottle design is terrible and that you'll waste up to 50% due to liquid running down side of bottle. I've tried different techniques (slow, fast pour) but still waste a lot of product. Hopefully, they will redesign or improve pourability. Not sure what the others are talking about, but this is a really great product, tastes great and does the job. I've been taking for several months now and I can definitely notice a difference with how my body metabolizes fat. For the best results take about 15 minutes before you have an intense workout. Also, there are other brands that are twice the price and not worth it in my opinion.

I bought this product because every product I buy from Vita Cost is wonderful. I have not been taking Carnitine for a few years and decided to add it back into my routine. I have a book that is strictly about Carnitine that I have had for over 10 years. I reread it and asked myself why I stopped taking it.This product fits all the criteria. Great value and it tastes good, easy to take every day! I do have to agree that pouring can be a little tricky. I bought a measuring spoon with tall sides and it helps prevent the liquid from pouring down the bottle.

I am taking this product on recommendation from my doctor that a liquid form of L-Carnitine is good for helping the body's energy as well as losing weight. I cannot attest to the weight loss, as I have not noticed the pounds melting off, and I am uncertain about how much more energized I feel. When I stopped taking it for a month I seemed to actually lose weight and was not sure if I was less energized or not, so I am unsure if this product is really helping or not. I am on my 3rd bottle trying to see if taking it regularly for some time will make a difference.

I can't say I've tried every liquid carnitine on the market but everyone I have tried before this one has had such an overbearing sweet taste that I couldn't swallow it without diluting it with water. I'm glad I tried this one because it is so much more pleasant tasting. I also like the glass bottle as opposed to plastic.
I found this to be the best L Carnitine for me. I don't absorb & process fats. So I take this with meals. It doesn't have B-6 which I react to & no artificial sugar.Yet it tastes sweet from the fruits added to it. So one less pill I have to swallow. several times a day.
