Often have to use a strong prescription mouthwash due to periodontal difficulties which of course kills all the good bacteria, and along with the required high dosage of antibiotics throws off the microbiome. After multiple extractions this is perfect due to the ingredients and also because it is alcohol free. Additionally, if you have lyme and co-infections at least seven ingredients here help with the resultant biofilms. Have used off and on for years but I'm returning to regular use for reasons stated. Great flavor that does not overwhelm yet refreshes and neutralizes your breath.
