Changed formula, filled with yellow dye now :-(It may have been effective.However, probably because my body had enough nutrients to absorb, urine was yellow.Also, I recently learned that that there is a big difference between the different forms of B 12, and that the one NOW uses in this product (cyanocobalamin) has some controversy associated with it and may not be the healthier form. I switched to Pure Encapsulations version, which has the methyl cobalamin version that is supposed to be better.

b100 vitamin complex which is sustained release.now is a quality brand.b vitamins are water soluble.but it can actually store SOME in body days to weeks. (so sustained release MAY not add as much benefits compared to regular as may think.but at least it gives the body the CHANCE to zip up more of the vitamins over time, compared to the risk of thr body just flushing excess its not able to zip up there and then.so i expect that more of the b vitamins gets absorbed within a 24 hr timewindo, compared to normal b100 tablets.

I started taking vit B complex a while ago as your body can be depleted of it if you take a high dose of vit C. It is water soluble so there are no side effects supposedly.I am ok with 100mg size and take this twice a day on working days to stay alert. I have found the bigger bottle is cheaper and since I don't mind about sustained release, I have switched to the bulk one to save a few bucks since I go through this fast and this is more expensive than vit C.Vit B makes me feel less tired but for better sleep, I take it only in the morning and during lunchtime. Now I drink this everyday so I cannot remember all the difference how it was when I did not drink this. I do not drink this when I have an upset stomach. Love these are vegan and extended release and a good price point. No upset stomach. Only complaint is these pills are the largest sized Vit B tablets I've seen. I would not recommend them for anyone who has difficulty swallowing or swallowing pills unless they are cut into at least half. The bottle can be recycled or reused.
