I already had a B12 vitamin that I was taking sublingually, and I was looking for an all-in-one B complex to complete my B vitamins. Since B12 apparently has to be chewed up and/or dissolved to be more effective, I wasn't as concerned with the amount of B12 in this complex (it's somewhat lower than other B complex options). I didn't want to have to take a bunch of little individual B vitamins, since I already take a fistful of vitamins :) . This was exactly what I wanted...all the OTHER B vitamins in appropriately large potencies. The price was better than any other place I checked, and I like that it's in a big bottle to reduce waste. NOW is a brand I trust, so this product was a no-brainer.

Essential product! We have used this product for many years in my family and we stand by it. NOW brand does its products with excellence. This product has been essential for certain things in our health and we can absolutely see when we’re using it and when we’re getting sloppy with it. It makes that much difference! The size of the bottle is excellent because it allows us to buy more at once which is helpful because we use it every day, and we need to use it every day. This product is a staple at our home.

This NOW B-complex supplement probably has the highest potency on the market, esp. taking the price into account. B-100 Capsules provide a full complement of B-Vitamins plus choline and inositol. They work to support energy production, maintain healthy homocysteine metabolism, and promote the health of the nervous system. B-Vitamins are water soluble, and with the exception of B-12, have limited storage in the body and thus require daily replenishment. From my experience, they have a strong calming effect.

I'm taking this as we're trying to conceive, and I keep hearing about the importance of b vitamins for that, especially folate. Even though I already take a good multivitamin from Garden of life, I take this in the afternoon to cover my b vitamin bases. This one has a good spectrum of the b vitamins and even includes PABA and some inositol. It'll make your urine yellow so just keep that in mind in case you were wondering why your pee has been neon recently:). Great price and the fillers are not terribly bad compared to other b complex products (and I'm quite picky about fillers). Pills are average size to swallow. Like if my review helped you
Love these are vegan and extended release and a good price point. No upset stomach. Only complaint is these pills are the largest sized Vit B tablets I've seen. I would not recommend them for anyone who has difficulty swallowing or swallowing pills unless they are cut into at least half. The bottle can be recycled or reused.
