I have constipation issues, primarily with motility, and Triphala was recommended to me by a lot of people. These are a great size pills and I'll be honest, they taste nicer than a lot of the other supplements/medications I take.I'm not completely sure how to take these effectively. I've tried taking 2x at night before bed and not noticed any benefits, so I'm thinking of doubling the dose, or maybe switch up taking them during first thing on an empty stomach.It's my first time trying Triphala so I'm not sure how this particular brand compares with others.

I take Triphala regularly to keep bowel regularity. Not irritating for long term use unlike senna laxatives. Tablets are good size not too big to swallow. Have found it very beneficial and effective for an ongoing issue. This brand seems effective. Will buy again. Traditional ingredients and trustworthy brand.

That is definitely not the case with NOW's Triphala. Much more natural, slower acting and less harsh than a laxative and it also removes toxins from throughout your body. Good stuff you can feel!
