The new pump arrived with a crack which leaked, but Tropical Pools replaced it immediately and the new pump works well.

I received a replacement Onga PPP1100 for my pool pump. This product is no where near as quiet as the previous Onga 1100 which I had to replace. Based on this new product, I can no longer run the pool pump at off peak in the evening as I don't want to disturb neighbours. As it's the same make / model, I expected the product to be equally as good as the previous one, but it doesn't meet my expectations.
We are happy with the pump however it is noisier than our old pump which was the same brand. Thought that it would have been wet tested.
