When I purchased it 2 years ago, loved it. Now on the market for a new trimmer. Blades break every 5 mtrs (if you lucky) Frustrating to use now. I have at least 10 of the Ozito products, love them all, except this.

I have a 3x3m grass area with concrete edging. 5 blades to go around it. $2.5. no wonder they sell them in 50 packs. They could easily be redesigned to make the base larger but they are clearly designed to fail to keep sales up.

Sadly the idea of a battery snipper sucked me in. Got home and decided to hit the grass, loved the idea to combine my batteries with other ozito stuff, but the blades are hopeless if you hit anything. Came with half a dozen blades, all gone in fifteen feet. Now have to go back and be ripped off buying two dollars worth of plastic in the shape of new blades for the rip off price by bunnings. Looks like back to the old petrol job, at least the thing lasts. ?Such a shame as its a good idea spoilt by cheap crappy blades.

Purchased 3 of these pks. These blades are not the best. Originally bought the 50 pk thinking these blades would last a life time. They flick off or break when they hit a stringing bit of grass. Unfortunately it's very easy to go through one packet in a very short time!
Blades attach to trimmer easily and don't wear out too quickly. Good price for the package.
The original blades that came with the grass trimmer were really durable, but these blades are very brittle and just keep breaking. They seem to be made of two different types of plastic. The grass trimmer with the original blades really worked beautifully. As the replacement blades break so easily, it is really expensive to buy these blades at this price, after all, they are just plastic! A great pity.
Bought this from Bunnings, tried it out and broke the plastic blade straight away. Cheap and nasty product which didn't even last 15 seconds. Complete rubbish, do not but.
Broken easily! Too weakI changed it more than 10 times when I mowed the grass for 10 minutes
Do not last long enough. Too brittle. Lot of negative comments but no improvement in product. Once you have the item you are stuck with in effective blades or fist of replacing with another product.
I have been using this product for several years now and find that the quality of blades has been reduced to a flimsy, useless plastic. IF you happen to get a good batch, they can be quite durable but more often than not, if they nick anything more than a blade of grass, they snap. A big waste of money and very frustrating.
