I have bought this hay before and was happy with the product however this time around the quality of the hay was very poor. I received two 2 kg bags and both were terrible, it was extremely dry and hardly any green hay. I won't purchase this brand again as I can't rely on the quality. However the delivery is so quick and haven't had an issue with any products until now.

I've purchased this maybe four times now. It's great because it's cheap and a big bag - however.. I wouldn't recommend this as their only hay source. It flakes down to nothing, and is in small pieces already, so it usually just turns into a little hay bed/toilet. You'll probably see a lot of this not eaten and thrown away. But they DO eat it and enjoy it, but I have to provide other varieties of hay alongside it to ensure they get what they need nutritionally and to grind their back teeth down. Mypetwarehouse sell it at a higher cost than other places I've purchased from, which surprised me, but was happy to see it offered.

Have been buying this hay for about six months for my rabbit and have gone through about 8 2kg bags. Really happy with it until the latest bag which I bought last week - the quality dropped quite significantly for some reason and my rabbit doesn't seem to enjoy it as much now. Hopefully the next batch is good. Would hate to have to switch brand...

Our very fussy bunny has advised us by the size of his appetite for your Oaten Hay that he gives it the thumbs up. Very happy with our purchase and the super prompt delivery was just great. Thanks.
Saw the product image and thought the hay would be mostly green as it is shown, turns out that it's all yellow and there is no greenness at all. Definitely not suitable for rabbits.Very fast delivery though, received the package in a day.
Ordered 7 bags. First bag I opened contained mouldy hay on top. I emailed Pet House and have received no response so far.Two stars as the second bag was ok. I haven't checked the rest as don't want to end up with 7 open bags going stale.
Love to shop at pet circle. Always order 8kg of Peters Oaten Hay. The best! My dwarf bunny's are happy. The Hay is packed to the top plus.Thank you Pet Circle! Very happy customer
I was disappointed with the recent purchase of the above product. The hay was more like straw in appearance and my rabbit refused to eat it. Consequently I have had to purchase a new bale elsewhere.
Peters oaten hay has been good in the past but this latest batch is very disappointing. The bulk of contents comprises tiny shredded dusty pieces, smaller than chaff, which is concealed in the middle of the bag by normal length hay around the outside. What a con. Only long pieces of hay are suitable for rabbits so I'll be looking at alternative brands in future.
The latest order of 6packs of 2kg Peters Oaten Hay came very quickly but the products were very disappointing. All chaff and dry and bugs coming out of the packs! I've opened 4packs and all the same. My bunnies didn't touch them at all :(
