PetSafe Seaside Stainless Steel Pet Fountain

I have other fountains but needed to replace one of the older ones. I noticed how each of our (seven indoor) cats liked to drink and then looked at all the various fountains on the market. Cats (and dogs) love running water, but all seem to have different ways of drinking it.Each time I top up our fountains some like to drink out of the bowl as I pour the water in, some like to lick the side of the fountains as I pour the water in and one paws at the water to make it move even faster!I finally settled on the Petsafe Seaside Stainless Steel Pet Fountain. I have another model of this same brand, so the fact I could use the same types of filters was a plus first of all.But most important I was sure this would be popular with the users, our cats! The way the water bubbled up (so it moved), the fact the water cascaded around the middle part (so the cats could lick the moving water) and also the fact the water constantly moved as it fell into the bowl. And straight away our cats began using it and in the ways I hoped. And even now a couple of weeks later, they still prefer this fountain over the others. So for our feline family it's a big win! Check out YouTube videos which also helped me decide.

Bought the Seaside version for two cats. One is not a water drinker and has yet to use it. The other cat who enjoys water loves it. She is mesmerized watching it. sleeps next to it because it softly bubbles and drinks throughout the day and night.

We've previously purchased the large fountain-style water dispenser which we found our birds bathing in as well so need to get something for just the cat to drink from. This particular fountain is quiet, a good size and our cat loves it being at her height! The water bubbles only slightly at the top not putting her off from drinking but I'm finding she drinks even more water which I'm super happy about.
