I've been wanting a replacement for my used-to-broken one of another version and was happy I caught a sale! However, upon arrival mine was damaged on the inside upon inspection while the gift one was fine. I filled out the fix issue form and everything was easy to fix. I got the replacement and it is definitely better than the damaged one I received. Make sure to thoroughly check the inside. I can't wait to finally be able to use a duffle and not suitcase for a short trip. Missed this style bag (my used-to-broken was same brand). The length looks the same, but the height of the bag is definitely higher than the one I had. I think/hope as long as I don't stuff to brim, it should be okay going on flights as it's still 22".

It’s a little heavy for my girls to carry on grass, stairs, dirt, etc. I know the wheels & handle’s weight doesn’t seem heavy but for a little kid it will make a difference when it’s packed. I’d keep it if they could use it as a roller the entire time. We didn’t use it but while testing the wheels & handle it rolled smoothly in our floor. It did have a plastic smell and it’s been sitting out for about a week in the garage unzipped & it still has the smell. You’d probably have to wipe it down with something or maybe try putting a dryer sheet in it. Terrible purchase!!! I didn’t realize that this bag was such poor quality. The wheels don’t roll properly and the bag has scratches and holes because of it. Also, the seam around the zipper is already ripped. All of this happened within two months of me having it and only with a few uses. I am so disappointed that Macys would sell such a defective and poor quality product. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this bag.

Flimsy but I do like the design. I like that the handle can be tucked into his own stow pocket of sorts. The bag itself just seems flimsy. We’ll see though
A few years ago I got 3 of these bags. 1 for each of my children. We've done multiple car trips and they've done overnight trips to a friends with them. I was a little nervous buying them since I had to order them online and couldn't see them first but they were beyond what I expected. The price isn't bad for what you get. You have a strap for shoulder carrying, handles for holding and a pull out handle(that zips back into the bag) for wheeling. I was shocked by the amount of stuff my kids were able to pack in these bags. I think they had 1/2 their bedroom in them lol I needed something the kids could lug around themselves since most of our long haul driving trips my husbands stays home for. Faced with prospect of needing to transport Aqua Bag to gym, I needed a rolling suitcase large enough to accommodate; this bag was just large enough to accommodate. Alas, I did not need, because my gym's heavy bag was intact. Trade off to room, however, is size: It was difficult or impossible to cram it into those narrow gym lockers because of width. It'd be perfect for airline travel, tho!
The handle is very wobbly and the bag flips over constantly. It doesn’t stay on its wheels. I end up dragging it sometimes. Very cheap construction.
Ge wheels are wonky. I used it to travel before I got out of the airport it started rolling on one side. I had to end up carrying it! Defeats the point of a roller bag.
I bought this bag because I needed something immediately for a trip. Not only did it come EARLIER than expected, but the bag was also more spacious then I expected. The pattern looks kind of obnoxious in the pictures, but in person it’s honestly not bad at all!My only issue is that it tipped over A LOT while I was using it. However, I’m wondering if it was because I had something attached and hanging on bag.All in all, it’s a great duffel bag!
flimsy handle. decent sized duffle, just plan on carrying it and not using the handle and wheels. constantly tips over while pulling
