Bag is super cute. I purchased because I needed a bag to accommodate my laptop plus a large monitor for business when out of town. This ones perfect. Small enough for a carry on at the airport, yet large enough to hold all my electronics and personal items. I haven't used it yet so I can't vouch for durability. But for the price, I think its perfect!

The small pockets are perfect for toiletries and other things. Very well made. Also have another one of these in a larger size and love that one as well.

Terrible bag. I've had it 2 months and have used it 3 times. Already a rip on the side of it. It is not steady when using the handle and it flops all over the place. I think that is why there is a rip - from the cement. I have not taken it on an airplane. It has just been used as a overnight bag.

Cute pattern, fabric feels durable but will not work for the reason why I bought it. A week long outdoor education trip. It’s a little heavy for my girls to carry on grass, stairs, dirt, etc. I know the wheels & handle’s weight doesn’t seem heavy but for a little kid it will make a difference when it’s packed. I’d keep it if they could use it as a roller the entire time. We didn’t use it but while testing the wheels & handle it rolled smoothly in our floor. It did have a plastic smell and it’s been sitting out for about a week in the garage unzipped & it still has the smell. You’d probably have to wipe it down with something or maybe try putting a dryer sheet in it. Terrible purchase!!! I didn’t realize that this bag was such poor quality. The wheels don’t roll properly and the bag has scratches and holes because of it. Also, the seam around the zipper is already ripped. All of this happened within two months of me having it and only with a few uses. I am so disappointed that Macys would sell such a defective and poor quality product. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this bag.
I have used this duffel as a gym bag for one month. The fabric is raveling and the seams are falling apart. There are already holes in the bottom. It is very cheaply made. In addition, it will not stand up on its own but continually falls over.
There was nothing wrong! Everything about this bag was great for traveling up to two weeks vacation I went to Puerto Rico. I only took this bag and I was able to fit everything in just this back lots of pockets for storage and still had enough space for shopping and bring home new things! And let's not forget it's small enough to bring on any flight as a carry on. The bag is perfect and the wheels are great!! Get it!! I hope this helps! The price not bad. Totally satisfied with this!
I wish I could give this bag a higher rating because it is nice and very spacious. The only issue I have with it is that it looks like it has been used. There are a few rips and the wheels look a bit used as well, which is upsetting. I am still going to keep it because I do not want the hassle. Other than that, the bag is fine and I would recommend it.
It is sturdily made %26 holds a lot, however, it gets unbalanced when pulled and rolls over on side on uneven terrain and flops forward at random times when parked upright (pull handle extended). Would be better with a molded prop/foot or "kickstand" to keep it vertical when parked.
This product is junk as far as I’m concerned. I used it once on my trip to Florida, I used the wheels to go through security and to enter plane. The bottom (where wheels are) is got holes %26 is worn down looking after only one use!
