Exactly what I needed and love the swivel head and ease of use

Blade lock is unusable. Chuck Key broke within 10 minutes. Had to buy a universal key. After 3 months now can not get the blade off at all.

Unit is great to use. It has a soft start so doesn't rip out of your handson start up. Power is also good.Only issue is the chuck locking button doesn't engage properly after a couple of uses so a spanner is required to undo the disc. This is particularly bad if you don't happen to have a spanner to suit...

Bought this to do a job at home. Got the first part done and then found the disc had locked on that tight it damaged the removal tool to the point of useless and still didn’t move it. Returned to the store within the hour.
Well good thing for a warranty period with Bunnings just down the road. Love the soft start, the rotatable handle and the cutting and grinding guard. But, wow, that locking disc and or locking press has issues. It’s fine if you get to a disc change, but if it snaps a disc you have no lock at all undoing it. Love the design thought of the chuck key going in the handle, but it is weak.
I used the Ryobi 9” angle grinder a couple of times and the brushes have worn out, when I try to get replacement brushes they are no longer available making this grinder a throwaway item
Bought this about three weeks ago works great, bought this brand before always gets the job done.
Quality reliable product, have given it a very hard work out with good success. Carry case is annoying because blade has to be removed for storage.
Absolutely rubbishOne job and the flange nut seized. The wrench broke and the blade locking mechanism failed.Straight into recycling!!I have had cheaper GMCs last longerDon’t waste your time or money.
Chuck over tightens itself, cannot change cutting disc cannot use it. Not fit for purpose and wanted to send back to Ryobi even without refund or exchange however Bunnings refuse to assist and simply advise that I need to purchase a new one. Very disappointing.
