This is a 3.0Ah battery since the 18650 cells are 1500mah, not the advertised 4.0Ah. In order to be 4.0Ah the 18650 cells need to be 2000mah. I just bought this to see the quality of aftermarket batteries for the One+ system. Opening up the battery I find a decent sized circuit board for showing the power left when the button is pushed and decently thick wires to conduct the power needed by your tools. 10x 18650 1500mah cells in a 2+2+2+2+2 battery configuration where "2" is two cells in parallel and the "+" is each "2" set in series. Each "2" cells in parallel means 3.6v @ 3.0Ah. Adding 5 x "2" cells in series means 18v @ 3.0Ah. It's not a bad battery. Buy the genuine when they go on sale. The ryobi batteries are real Samsung or Sony cells.

I have purchased batteries for my Ryobi one+ equipment elsewhere previously, but none have been quite such a straightforward good fit as this one. It came as a pleasant surprise that this battery fits into my machines as well as Original Equipment. All too often, after-market batteries need to be fitted cautiously and with slight 'adjustment' to their casings, due to poor standards of manufacture. These batteries are properly made, and I would not hesitate to buy another.

This 6.0 battery discharged about the same as my very used 2.0 battery. It only had enough capacity to increase the air pressure in 2 tires before it shut down. I had to use my old 2.0 battery to top off the other two tires. The answer to all questions is NO not sure why it changed all my answers to yes! I do not recommed.

This is advertised as a 6ah P108 Ryobi 18v lithium battery. This is NOT a Ryobi battery, despite the picture of one posted on the ad. It is a knock - off made to clone a Ryobi battery, except: 1. A Ryobi P108 is a 4ah battery. 2. This one is the same size as a Ryobi 3ah battery. Unless this company has figured out how to make a battery that has twice the capacity without having twice the amount of cells inside (not possible), this is a 3ah battery at best. Having said all of this, $27 for a 3ah battery is still a good deal. It seems that we are being mislead by the capacity claims of this company and their batteries. So far this battery seems to be working well, and does not have the issue with the latches that some clones have. It would have been nice to actually ... MoreThis is advertised as a 6ah P108 Ryobi 18v lithium battery. This is NOT a Ryobi battery, despite the picture of one posted on the ad. So far this battery seems to be working well, and does not have the issue with the latches that some clones have. It would have been nice to actually get 6ah, but I can't complain too much for the price. If you have an application that actually needs 6ah, keep looking.
I have just used the battery lightly so far. The directions that come with it state that it should be fully charged before using. Mine came showing the charge level as 3 out of 4 bars. I have 3 different Ryobi 18v chargers and this battery does not appear to be able to be charged in any of them. The charger's red power lights come on but none of the green "charging" lights come on. I've cleaned the battery terminals as the directions recommend with no results. The chargers work fine with the OEM Ryobi batteries so it is very confusing. At this point it is very difficult to accurately rate these batteries.
I gave these batteries a 4 star rating because they will only charge in one of the three Li-ion chargers that I have. I cannot figure out what the difference between the three nay be but if I plug the battery into one of the chargers the red light just flashes and ditto for the other one. The third one immediately starts charging the battery. Besides this they do well when in use and I would recommend them with that one caveat.
It all comes down to price. These batteries were priced at the low sides when compared with other offerings. They seem to perform well at this point. I do notice that the release buttons do not function as nicely as the manufacturer's offerings. I had to press the buttons hard and pull harder to release them from the charger and tool.
Only had for a week but in the leaf blower it lasts for the whole job. Lots of power , in my old drill driver under a locked rotor situation it nearly set the drill on fire. I love the new release buttons, they work much better than the ones on the Ryobi batteries when releasing the battery from the tool or the charger. I have not tried them in my skill saw yet but I expect they'll be awesome.
A little confusion since some places list this as 3.0ah while it says 3.6ah on the battery itself. I suspected it was not truly a 3.6ah (or 3.0ah) battery since it's the same size as a Ryobi brand 1.5ah battery. Through some testing, it appears to be between 1.8 and 2.0 ah. While not the capacity advertised, it is still acceptable for the price and size/weight of the battery. Cannot speak to the longevity of the battery since I have only discharged it a couple times so far.
The batteries appear to function acceptably. The product information should say Ryobi Compatible, as they are not genuine Ryobi batteries. Will have to see if they last as long as Ryobi batteries. But, they were half the price of the Ryobi batteries.
