The phone is working ok BUT... my wife's A22 needed repair and we found out the hard way that the A22 even if in warranty will be rejected for repair by repair shops, UbreakIfix, Asurion, and by Samsung because the phone is not authorized for sale in the US. Before purchasing a phone here, check with Samsung to know that it can be repaired in the US.

An excellent experience!

The seller was excellent and I purchased from them before. They continue to be trustworthy and efficient. I felt very confident in making the purchase and I was not disappointed. The phone is an excellent upgrade and functions perfectly. It is connected through public mobile and the tell us not work and has been trouble free. Using Samsung's proprietary software in the app store to transfer the old phone completely worked like a charm and was flawless.The phone has one of the most attractive displays I have ever seen with Incredible clarity.

Best value for a good quality phone

The phone arrived on time and everything in good order. Although this is the economical version of Samsung Galaxy product, it's packed with sufficient storage, good speed, camera and audio are acceptable, and the battery last a long time. Only used it for a couple of weeks, still exploring the new features on this phone, so far very impressed with the double-tap on/off feature. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Excellent phone for the price

Phone was purchased online for my 15 years old son. Pick up in a store was prompt.Phone was brand new. This is not the first Samsung A class we buy. These phones are reliable and affordable.The only weird thing this time was the charger it came with. We've got European charger that we cant use. Luckily we have many Samsung chargers at home, so it was a disappointment but not a huge problem for us.

Good phone

This is the SM-A225F (SM-A225FZKDMEA), black 64GB. The phone is responsive with apps and battery lasts all day with calls and messages.The fingerprint sensor is quick.I got a European charger and an adapter which does not fit the plug so I have to use my old charging block and the one in the box would be saved for if I ever travel there. It has Android 11 and I read that eventually Android 12 should be released for it, hopefully soon.

Interesting Configuration

I received this unit late last week. It more or less works as expected. Using Google Drive, the transfer of information from my old phone to this one went relatively smoothly. That having been said, it was made in India for what appears to be an Indian consumer because it came with a Type C (Indian) charger (? ? ?) and all the bloatware is configured for India. If it would have came configured for a North American consumer, the rating would have been 5 Star (it was a pain reconfiguring to Canada and removing most of the bloatware).

Not Tully international as advertised!

The phone works as it should however the product description goes into every little imaginable detail but even the it is being ordered from North America, it is a European product in that the charger only works on European infrastructure. You will have to purchase a new charger that works in North America. The product is called ‘international’ which is misleading… if truly international it should have the ability to function in NA and abroad….internationally. Walmart would not take the old charger and replace with one that works in North America. Besides that, the phone works find.

Phone good, Unsafe USB adapter

Happy enough with the phone. Unhappy with the supplied USB charging block, which has a European plug. Also supplied was the cheapest travel adapter I have ever seen, accepting the European plug and itself plugging into a North American socket.None of this fits tightly, resulting in major sparks flying every time it is used, or if the cable is moved while the phone is charging. The phrase "Dangerous Fire Hazard" is a good summary.

camera and audio junk

I bought this in July if your looking for a good camera DO NOT BUY THIS, THIS IS THE WORST camera phone and audio out there. The sound at a loud concert picks up very very bad, the camera is super blurry to take far pix, doesn't focus good at all.Now if this is just a phone for a senior or kid or 1st phone then yes I recommend.

phone purchase from third party seller

Bought this from Walmart third party seller. Phone is made in India, one of Samsung knock down in my opinion. Flimsy, light, very slow etc. Took 2-3 days for seller to reach out to me and stated in technical language, hope the liquid display is intact etc. You have only 30 days to return. Window past unfortunately. I will never purchase another item from Walmart third party seller. I would not recommend this to a friend or anyone. Buyers beware.
