I totally love my new phone. Its packed full of great features & has fab camera's. It was easy & quick transfer all data, apps, & accounts from my older Samsung Note 8 phone. The battery life is amazing!! Excellent service & fast shipping via my online Harvey Norman purchase.

Worst phone I’ve ever bought. The issues while charging it started from the first days. Phone wouldn’t charge while using it,things would come up saying check your connection and it would take more than 4 hours to fully charge.Purchased a new charger in hopes that this will work but still the same. Took it for a repair to a Samsung repair centre and the outcome was that the charger is faulty and they recommend purchasing a new charger. Keep in mind I already did and nothing changed. Very unsatisfied customer. I thought I’ll give Samsung a go as I’ve been using iPhones for a while now and it was a big disappointed.

Been using it for about two weeks and I can say that Samsung sent this one out of the park!Cons, heats up for stupidest reasons, battery drains for no reason, dedicated microsd card esp when you give 128gb as internal storage, my A02S lasts a good 36-48h with 4G Data on and around 21-22h as a wifi-hotspot, this thing barely does 18hours on regular usage and standby. I am carrying a powerbank with me all the time.

Its been almost a month using this device. The camera is superb. Long lasting battery, with wifi only got more than 1 day, with data and maps can get 1 day no worries. Performance is good, no lagging whatsoever. The only downside is the security. The fingerprint & facial recognition kinda hit & miss. Always need to retry in order to unlock the phone. *Physical fingerprint sensor is always better than the in-display.*
I usually buy top of the range. I’ve had note 3 and note 8. Both bit the dust after a couple of years. The price of top range phones has become too expensive. I’m surprised the A52s is no less than the notes I have had. Just no pen. (Which I never used anyways). Practical price. Practical size. Very easy to transfer everything from note to this phone. Love the it has a screen protector pre installed. I always end up having a million bubbles, when I install.Highly recommend.

Great phone with great performance on a budget. Has all the features I have come to enjoy from previous flagship galaxy models without the same price. Facial recognition, on-screen fingerprint recognition, NFC tag. Also, possibly the last phone Samsung make with the 3.5mm aux jack! Feels a little cheaper with the plastic back cover, but still solid and more affordable!
I am using it for a whole month.And I must say, it's just Awesome.Amazing Cameras, Fast Processor, Great Screen, and the Best UI (One UI)Price (72k retail) is justified for it's Specs. Just one thing; Fast Charger should be provided in box. Otherwise it's great in all aspects. Stereo Speaker, Dual 4G carrier aggregation, VoLTE, are some specs many brands miss.And the most amazing of all. I've already received update 3 times in 1.5 month. Samsung is best in Software and Updates Department.So, you can just buy this phone and enjoy. You'll not regret.
Product is better in its range. This device however is not available with Authorized Dealers/ Local Market since atleast last 6 Months. If it is discontinued, then advertising here is of less use.Seen few Sets at DARAZ where it is sold @ PKR 104,000/-. Is it the Current Official Retail Price at which the Market Place is selling.
I purchased this phone from the agent directly. The phone has poor battery life and dies within hours despite a full charge. The customer service refuses to replace or repair the phone, despite being within warranty. In addition,the battery/phone gets very hot during normal use. I do not advise anyone to purchase this phone.
