Scanpan Classic Induction Fry Pan, 26 cm

I've only used it for eggs and they did not stick at all. When deciding on size, consider how close your elements are to the backsplash. I bought the 12.5" skillet thinking I wanted the largest available. However, it is too large for my stove and I should have gone for the 11" skillet. However, it is a sleek, easy to clean pan and surprisingly not that heavy. I'm looking forward to using it more.

I love these pans. They’re quite heavy, but that’s because they’re excellent quality. This particular one is the perfect size to cook 4 eggs.

This pan is the best pan I've ever used! It distributes heat evenly, and combined with the nonstick surface, makes cooking and clean-up so easy!

CLASSIC 8'' Fry Pan

simply the perfect pan for eggs in the morning or an omelet for 2. Have used this pan for at least 20 years - I replace it every 8 years or so so well worth the cost. This will be my 3rd one- cant wait to start using it. I also have the larger 12 inch pan which is not used as much so no need to replace, but that is the one I use when I am feeding 4 or more. 12 inch is perfect for frying up bacon or pan frying/ sauteing chicken or steak for a fast meal for husband and me.

We’ve had ours for years. Nothing sticks. The surface it still like new. It’s almost the only pan we ever use.

Fantastic frypan

I bought this in the Christmas sales and the moment you take it out of the box you can see it is great quality. I have bought cheap frypans for years but they buckle and blister within 6 months so I wasn't really saving any money. I used this to fry an egg. this morning and it was hand washed in 2 seconds. Good quality but very shallow

We have trusted Scanpan to make safe non-stick coatings. We have also enjoyed our Classic Scanpan frying pans. This pan, though, was intended to replace an 8" scanpan that was accidentally left empty on a very hot burner. Unfortunately, though the name is identical, it's very shallow ---about half the depth of our older pan. Perhap it's for omelets, but it wouldn't seem to hold a cup raw rice, cooked as usual. It is also a new type of non-stick coating called Stratanium.

Scanpan

It appears to be what we have been looking for in non-stickcookware. It performs in the way described and the finish seems more permanent than other frypans I have used in the past with coatings that wear off.

Scanpan outlasts all others

Perfect but I knew that , I purchased my first Scanpanskillet 32cm 35 years ago and it is still in use on the days I need to make a large quantity.I have other pieces of scanpan I always go back to despite having purchased prettier colourful pansthat don’t stand the test of high heat .Yes scanpan after years of use looks as though it has no place in a Martha Stewart kitchen but trust me it’s the best!!
