I have used it well since I purchased it and it does make lovely stews and caseroles it is just the right size for me now that I am on my own and it is light enough for me to use, I used to have a cast iron one which has become to heavy.It was delivered promptly and very well packed, thank you

I want to like this pot, and it's the only nonstick pot I've got, so I try. Unlike the Scanpan Classic cookware that I've had, this one's ability to be nonstick has deteriorated at a much faster rate. I've had this one for a year or so, and I'd have to get something so scratchy to clean the interior bottom that I'd probably damage the pot. Pretty sure it was a milk/cream burn, but it's never come off. All the other Scanpan Classic stuff I've had has been "magical" in nature.I do love the heft of these CTX pans. Heat retention is better.

Best stove Dutch pot I've ever used. It feels so high quality and looks gorgeous. It cooks everything evenly and does not burn the hands to pick it up. Even though after a long time of use the stainless steel color may start to darken, it's very easy to just use a cleaner from Amazon or something and then it looks as good as new.
This Pan is great for slow cooking in my slow cooker. Not quite large enough for a leg of lamb though

I like this casserole so much that I couldn't resist buying a second one while they were on sale.
I needed a Casserole pan to use on my induction stove. I was also looking for a non stick finish. This pan ticks all my requirements. Just the right size too. Not too big, not too small. Yes there are cheaper pans, but you have to pay for quality.
I love Ctx pans, they are indestructible and the stainless outside can be scrubbed with a scourer and jiff! The fact that you can put them into a hot oven is a great bonus. We take ours camping !
