At last I can make a "Proper" gravy sauce on my induction cook top. The pan (just) stretches across two cooking zones and the heating was nice and even. The pan cleaned easily and looks good as well as performing very well. I heartily recommend this pan.

Was looking for a really large baking tray to replace existing one. Unfortunately this pan is only 6cm deep and 35cm long with the handles making up the rest of the dimensions.Love the quality, just wish the sizing reflected the tray size as I bought online so only had the listed dimensions to go by.

I have finished buying cheaper cookware to find it doesn't last, none stick roasting pan, why would you even need it. Buy yourself a good quality roasting pan and hopefully it should last years, it washes easily, it doesn't buckle in the oven, and best of all I can either brown my meat on the hob prior to putting it in the oven and make my gravy in it on the hob. No non stick coming off in your food. Buy cheap, buy twice, or like me, many times.

I wanted a roasting pan I could use on an induction stove top as well as in the oven. It is superb. You can roast a chicken then make a fabulous gravy on the stove top with this pan. It heats well and is very easy to handle as it has big handles. Cleaning is easy also. Some have said the handles are too high but I find where I need to put this in the oven itself it isn't a problem. It's very solid and feels well made. It will certainly outlive me. The food it produces is delicious!
Scanpan is always excellent quality, and even better when its on special! This is a good sized roasting tray, easy to clean snd the rack is sturdy and fits well.
This roasting pan is worth every cent. Produced a very tender, tasty pork roast. I am not a fan of pork roasts usually, but this was the exception. My partner did everything the same when preparing the pork , but this time (after baking in the roasting pan), it was so delicious I had seconds!

I’m giving this pan 4 stars because it seems really well made, solid, nice handles, good induction base plate on it, but I’m taking it back to the store simply because it is smaller than the advertised dimensions would imply. I was specifically looking for a pan that would span two induction zones on my stovetop, so I needed a base that was at least 38cm long. Even though this is advertised as a 42cm pan, the handles are so large that the actual usable space (and base in contact with the cooker) is only 31cm long and 21.5cm wide.
Beautiful stylish roasting pan with very practical features. Just the right size and cooked my lamb perfectly. The handles were just the right size. Fitted into the sink perfectly for washing and was very easy to clean
Stylish pan, very happy with purchase and cooks food nicely. Worried about scratching but doesn’t seem to be an issue yet. Very easy to clean
