Love this pan .. I use it every day it very versatile. Curry’s pasta frying casseroles cook top and oven. One pan cooking. Easy clean up withe a paper towel. I buy myself a new one every 5 years or so. Fantastic non stick surface. Use on my induction cook top and in oven..

My second Scanpan Classic Chef Pan. We hammered the first one a few times a week for several years and finally the non-stick coating started to deteriorate. It's still fine to use but will now be our caravan pan. I love these pans. We have an induction cooktop and they're great. I really like the stay cool handles. It's just a pity the non stick coating doesn't last more than a few years.

Excellent non-stick, easy clean up and pretty good browning when required. The durability is excellent. We’ve been using a earlier purchase of the same pan for about a decade with no wear or damage.

Another great Scanpan product

When our old Caphlon chef pan finally deteriorated to the point of needing replacement, we opted for a Scanpan version based on our experience with a Scanpan skillet that we bought a couple years back, use nearly daily and still looks like new. We were not disappointed! The quality is great and it cleans up easily. It seems like the sides of the pan are a bit more vertical than our old chef pan, which we like as it feels a little easier to toss ingredients without pushing food out of the pan as much (but maybe we’re just messy cooks!).

Great all rounder

This pan is great on the stove top for everything from stir-fry to paella. The thick base is also great for pancakes and schnitzel as it distributes the heat more evenly than thinner based fry-pans.I also use it as a tagine in the oven or for roasts (butterflied lamb or chicken) as it transitions from cook top to oven seamlessly.This is the most used pan in my house of 5 big eaters!

Great pan, versatile, heats evenly

Purchased for my wife on her birthday and she loves it. She's found plenty of uses for it, many I wasn't expecting. Great for grilled sandwiches, different types of eggs, home fries etc. She likes the even heat distribution and easy clean up (like all of our Scanpans)... She likes it because it's lighter than similarly sized chefs pans but still offers the quality and features she was looking for.

My favourite Pan

I love mine so I bought one for my daughter. It is absolutely brilliant. Large enough for a week's meal prep and the non-stick is fabulous.

Still very satisfied

I bought my first Scanpan product more than 10 years ago, and have had no problems with any of them. I have also bought both my children Scanpan. One has had trouble with non stick coating bubbling - returned same and had it replaced no worries. My main saucepan set is RenaWare, (bought in 1975), but I prefer to use Scanpan saute/frying pans. I have cooked on both gas and electric stoves, and had no troble with either, using low to medium heat, however, when using my Scanpan wok, I tend to use higher heat, to date it works wonderfully, and this item would be at least 5 years old. I have never regretted my first and subsequent purchases. Very versatile pan

Great size. Perfect on my induction cooktop. Heats evenly and lovely non stick surface. I used it in place of a wok and a frying pan.
