Sidetone allows you to hear everything around you using its good quality microphone. This, however, can be infuriating in some scenarios. I play Halo Infinite. Whenever I get past the start screen, sidetone activates because of the party feature; even when you're playing the campaign. So I can hear everything around me in Real life while playing this game. If you're playing, or even doing anything that requires a microphone at all, even when it's not these headphones that are being used, sidetone activates, which is extremely annoying. If you play or watch anything that doesn't require a microphone, good headphones. If whatever you are doing requires a microphone, even when you're not using that feature at all, beware.

SORTED*** (e.g. via whatever source - be it wall charger, power bank - if you don't have one of the latter in 2021? Shame on you, right?). Please don't grumble re having a charging cable in the way - you'd have an aux one there anyway. Sooo...get a niiice, flexi, braided cable to carry with your power bank just in case these need a top up when you're jetsetting around the world. Because that 30 hour battery? Unlikely to go flat unless you really are flying high for more than a day and a bit (or you're forgetful re charging everything. I need to charge lights on the regular, so everything of mine gets checked/charged/topped up where needed.**** Incidentally? That 80% charge? Jumped quicker than a flash to 90% when I - VERY BRIEFLY - plugged the headphones in to check whether you can simultaneously listen and charge. I plugged in to a Momax fast charger with compatible cable (both also courtesy of PBT - thanks!) for LESS than TWO MINS (I went to grab a photo off my printer, and the particular charger I chose to test with wasn't close enough; plus I was sitting uncomfortably on the floor - that's your proof, take or leave). SO! The 350's charge like wildfire, too. AND? The 80%? Hadn't actually shifted from 80 since I put them on (almost five hours ago), despite cranking these at full/almost full volume for most of that time (yes, I am looking forward to going deaf, thanks!). So - the 350's hold their charge well, too. The passive noise cancelling? IS A THING - I tested clicking my fingers, loudly, in front of my face...depending on what part of a track was playing? I heard nout. Zip. Nada. And in quieter moments? The finger clicking was barely perceptible. GOODBYE OUTSIDE WORLD (I won't miss you, Traffic Noise, Piped In Shop Music Sh*te, et al - I really won't). NC - I've never been a fan, and with the 350's? Redundant anyway. Awesome. Another plus - I wear glasses. NO EAR/HEAD PAIN after this - decent - first run. The cushy pads? Are super cushy. A welcome change. The 350's are comfy to wear all round here - cover le ears; no glasses annoyance; no shifting on head; ear cushions are lush, etc. And while the headband might not seem very well padded? It hasn't been a major issue for me (however I do have hair to help pad things up top. People who lack? Milage may vary). SOUND - *IS* as good as the reviewers all over the web say. It's the majority's main drawcard based on the reviews I read before buying. And reviews I did read. Because many have dismissed these headphones based on 'cheap' feeling build (and that missing 3.5mm jack - interestingly, not one review mentioned being able to charge these AND listen. Weird!). However. Reviewers I read said sound to cost ratio is THE major plus with these headphones, edging out any build/materials misgivings they might have had - and it's true. The sound is 'typical' Sennheiser - a great range, with clear highs/mid, and rich bass - even BT 4.2 devices that support the HD codecs, which my Moto G7 certainly does. Next one is a small thing, though I like it - the Bluetooth Connection Lady is Brit, innit - makes a nice (small, irrelevant) change. THE CONTROLS - No issues here. The volume 'rocker' button has a dot on the 'up' end, so, braille your way around from that. Face-wards is On/Off. Back of head-wards is a switch I'm not overly impressed with, though it's functional, sure (that build thing reviewers mention, perhaps) - move it back/forwards for track choice, and press once each for Play/Pause. Sennheiser could have/should have (?) made it another button like the volume one instead of what it is, but hey. Another button right up the back of right ear (the side all controls are on), is presumably the call answer/end one. I haven't used it yet, and likely won't, because these are music-only headphones for me. However. I just went to remove the headphones from my head, and that fwd/back switch? Yeah, I knocked it. Something to be mindful of. I don't mind listening to the beginning of the same track again this time...but if unco, it could get annoying. Fortunately? It's separated by enough of a gap from the volume button and opposite side to On/Off, thus not abysmal design - a saving grace. My final TL;DR note? If you don't buy a pair of these? You're quite insane. I'm buying another pair to prep for the apocalypse. PBTech are awesome and deliver. And when things aren't quite right? They make that effort. Happy repeat customer here. . ** What the...CourierPost actually work weekends? Considering they mess up EVERY delivery to my house? Saturday delivery was A THING to behold. I had to check it *was actually Saturday. *** (Has no one tested that charge/listen thing because we're used to cans that go dead while charging? Fair call - other cans of mine do that. However. My spidey senses told me to test with these ones - because I had an inkling Sennheiser wouldn't let us down; or USB-C; or something something something...annnnnd, I was right. Bless your cotton socks, Sennheiser). **** (Yes, I have a zillion fast wall chargers and cables...particularly thanks to PBT's specials and sales).

Fortunately, the headphones are well-designed and easy to use and I was able to quickly pair them to my smartphone via Bluetooth; I appreciated that the headphones alerted me through voice commands when they were turned on/off, when they had been paired, etc. The headphones fit comfortably on my head and were simple to adjust. I was even able to adjust the ear portion of the headphones by swiveling them from side to side, and they felt soft and comfy on my ears, even after several hours of wear-time. The sound quality is fantastic: crisp, clear, and encompassing, even though these aren't noise-canceling. I could use a little more bass if anything, but I love the sound these Sennheiser headphones produce; what a great value! The control buttons for the headphones are located on the base of the right side, and this was convenient and accessible as I quickly learned that I could pause, fast-forward, rewind, skip, and repeat songs, as well as answer phone calls, video conferencing calls, and control the volume. The battery life was something that worried me, but it turned out to be excellent! Even with 3 - 5 hours of daily use, I didn't need to charge my headphones for a week. As for the white color, while I love it, I noticed scuff marks on my headphones within a few days of use. I'm not sure if storing them in a bag or a case would prevent this issue, but I might've thought twice about ordering these in the shade white if I knew they'd get dirty so readily. I really love how sharp they look, though! I highly recommend the Sennheiser HD 350 BT headphones if you're looking for a pair of wireless headphones that will provide great sound for a great value.

Good Value
21 November 2022

I am comparing these headphones to Bose Soundlink ii wireless headphones which are twice the price. The Bose are better in terms of sound quality, build, and aesthetics but are they twice as good? No. The Sennheiser's provide reasonably good sound quality acceptable for non-critical tasks like entertainment, zoom meetings, etc., and decent materials and build quality. They are light weight. The head band is made of a plastic that is less flexible than I would like. I fear after several months of daily use, taking them on and off repeatedly will stress the material and it will fail. Time will tell. Aesthetically, they are a bit clunky compared to more $$$ brands.

Good sound, microphone echos ambient sound in ears
4 November 2021

Bought these headphones, since I had worn the cushion material on my last Sennheiser headphones (HD 360 pro) after many years of good use. The HD 350BT have a good sound for playing music or video games. The complaint I have is that when you are using the microphone from the headphones, for example during a phone call or video call, you can head all the ambient sounds echoing into the speakers, as if the microphone is picking up the sounds and playing them back to you. This makes the microphone unpleasant to use. The fact that the HD 350BT is ONLY bluetooth, you cannot use it with anything that requires a plugged output such as my music production audio interface. I am hoping to return this product and find something more suitable. Great audio quality and comfortable!
3 January 2023

These headphones are comfortable and the sound is amazinng. I love that they go around my ears perfectly so my ears arent squished. The sound is great and the battery life is insane - I wear these on and off throughout the week but only charged them when I first got them a few weeks ago!!! I dont like that i had to download an app at first to get these connected but the app isnt necessary past the set up step - it does allow you to control different aspects of the audio, if you're into that! I also don’t like that they look a lil goofy when forward facing - but I think that’s every over the ear headphone set. Overall: great purchase!

Great build quality and sound

Excellent sound from these headphones and a great price. I've had quite a few connectivity issues though and just recently Richer Sounds replaced them. They seem okay now, although if you inadvertently have two devices on that the headphones are paired with, the headphones will connect to both devices. However, when this happens, the audio crackles. Make sure you only connect to one device and if there are still issues, a re-pair usually sorts it out. Despite my issues, I'd still recommend these headphones.

Terrible
7 September 2022

Was given these for fathers day. I have owned sennhisers before and they were fantastic. These however are not. If you are listening to music the sound quality is like that of 80s am radio. There is no bottom end at all. Even using the (useless) app (when it actually connects) to adjust the equaliser does nothing. The microphone is supersensitive and feeds your own voice back (along with all the background noise) to you constantly, even when the function is turned off in the app. There is no way to turn it down. The ear pieces are tight and do not sit comfortably around your ears. Im honestly hoping they break so I can return them. Due to JBs covid policy I cannot return them because I have opened them.

These bluetooth headphones are great
13 October 2021

I have been using the Sennheiser 350BT headphones for about a month now and I am very satisfied with them. After the initial charging, I have only needed to charge them once and I use them on a daily basis. I guess that works out to a charge every 2 weeks. The headphones give a warning that you only have 2 hours left, so they give you some notice. The sound is good and so is the noise cancellation. I can wear them when I'm cooking in the kitchen and they will mask most of the sound from the oven vent fan. I did read some reviews online about the ear cups being a bit uncomfortable, unless the user has small ears. I can attest that this is true, particularly at first, but after a few weeks, they don't bother me anymore. I would say my ears are roughly normal sized, so the headset was a bit achey for several days, but now they seem fine. I think the memory foam has relaxed a bit. Also, the earpieces can get a little bit shiny (from the oil on your ears) when they are new, but the shine diminishes over time. I use baby wipes to clean the earpieces off once in a while. The reception is noticeably better on these 350BTs than on the earbuds I used before. I was initially worried about the headphones because of the reviews about their comfort. I decided to give them a chance, because I knew I could return them to Micro Center within 30 days, and I'm glad I did. I am giving them 4 stars because of the initial ear discomfort.

They were okay at first
21 February 2023

The first day I got them I was very impressed by the look and easy-to-use buttons. However, the problem started when I tried to connect it to my laptop and it wouldn't connect. I thought, "oh maybe it was my laptop that was probably not reading the Bluetooth." Then, I thought maybe because I'm connected to my phone the Bluetooth must be confused. So, I removed the connection of the headphones on my phone. Fast forward to today, the headphones won't connect to my phone OR my laptop. The cushiony part is not going back on because I tried to remove it in order to inspect the battery. Overall, I did not have a good experience with these headphones and I rarely get frustrated with technology. This was a first, I wouldn't recommend these.
