Always impressed by Shun products quality and consticency. My husband is a Chef and this is the only brand we buy/use in our household. After using japanese steel like this, you too will find it impossibly to purchase any other knives for the rest of your life.

I absolutely love this knife. We have almost the complete set and cannot way to get the remaining knife in the set. We love this set. The knives are amazing quality! My husband now loves to cook just so he can use them!

The sharp blade of the carving knife make slicing meats a delight. It cost me a lot more than what I'm used to but after seeing the difference the benefit far outweighs the cost

This is a great knife. I was shaving slices of roast beef the first time using it. Each time I use the knife the cuts get better. The knife is well balanced, comfortable and stays sharp.
