It sounded great being told it will cut in every direction with every move but was reminded that in places like around ears or the dip at the back of the head it’s useless. Also very patchy, last use I went to a barber afterwards to fix it up. Never have been able to change cutting lengths by twisting plastic head, in fact I stopped trying when my plastic head cracked from me trying to twist it. Would of even left a review but for the fact I’m here looking for another set of clippers to replace this piece of junk.

Only after googling the problem, I found numerous others having the same problem.So, only today I found they have a 3 year warranty! YEAH! oh hang on, can't find the receipt and the in store system appears to offer little assistance in getting a re-print.Bought many, many items from the Shaver Shop over the years, very happy with the service from my local store, but now feeling quite dudded that I can't get my issue resolved. Especially for what is a well recognised fault.

The Crew Cut Hair Clipper is the best personal grooming product I’ve ever bought! Being stuck in lockdown and in urgent need of a haircut it was just what I needed!After charging, I used it to cut my hair and it was really easy to use - my wife helped me with the Clippers supplied to trim the sides and the back and I have to say it looks better than when I go to the barber.Highly recommend the product and highly recommend shaver shop online :-)

Given its relative low cost I wasn't expecting much in terms of build quality and I wasn't proven wrong. It became very noisy at grades 3-4 after a few minutes of use which was annoying. It does the job though making shaving your hair yourself a whole lot easier. It couldn't quite get to the lower parts of my head which is where the trimmer came in handy which I got some help with. The timmer is of very basic quality.Overall though, it's not bad for its price point. I personally would have preferred to pay a bit more for something higher quality. I know the Crew Cut Elite is available but I'm not a fan of the handle on it.

Going for a #2 cut with this clipper... I was pleasantly surprised with how easily it cut and how good my hair looked.A couple of tips. You really need to move this clipper all over your head and in different directions. Even circles. Really get aggressive with it to get the best overall cut. It will not get close enough to your ears - So you will need to use the small battery powered clippers included to finish off around your ears and the back of your neck. This is the biggest fault with this clipper. The round cutting blade does miss hairs. Even after going all over your head many times... It still misses hairs.But - As i said. The hair cut looks good. I’m going to persist with this for another couple of cuts and see if experience improves the end result. They are pretty fool proof to use - You won’t have chunks of hair missing. Probably the best clippers around for someone like myself who is s total novice cutting hair.
Very happy with my purchase. I have had my eye on this clipper for awhile now, but during this recent lockdown I couldnt cope with my growing hair so took the plunge to purchase. It does exactly what the advertising says it does and has done an excellent job of getting my hair short. Its very easy to use and you quickly get the hang of it. Its very sturdy and feels like a good quality tool. The trimmers are an added bonus because you need these to do the back and edges and they can be used for other body parts so a win win. No hesitation in recommending.

I acquired the product in 2017 and have used it ever since. Overall the product is very good, however, it has a faulty on/off power switch and the clear plastic cutting length adjustment ring cracks very easily. Both faults occurred within weeks of acquiring the product. Fortunately I don't need to use the plastic ring.The cutting quality of my head and full facial beard is excellent when using the product.
Over priced gimmick.Uneven cut.Takes longer than normal clippers or remington quick cut.Messy.You have to use the smaller clippers to do 3/4 of your hair cut, to do around ears and neck and any bumps or lumps on your head as the round clippers miss so much.Might work good for some people with a perfectly round head.Friendly staff at the Ipswich store.My bad for not reading the bad reviews.

That was the only downside to this product as no where on the box or the shavershop website mention this as far as I can see. Also use common sense unlike the reviewer who said if you press hard you'll get bald spots. Firstly, the manual says don't press down hard, use even pressure. Secondly, I think all clippers will have the same problem.All good. Happy with this one.
