Yves Saint Laurent - Libre Le Parfum - 30ml

I love the scent of lavender and whatever else is in this stuff. It smells extremely sophisticated, smooth, not sweet, nothing floral, yet more mandarin orange with a slight amber scent. When I wear this I am going out and dressed nice. I feel this perfume is strong, it last for about 8hrs on me with out applying extra sprays throughout the day. I got it on sale for about 100 bucks so I am a happy camper. This is not my signature scent but I lean more towards this scent during the fall and colder months. YSL did great with the Libre line, I’d highly recommend for women of all ages! This could be a versatile scent as well however it leans toward being more feline. Amazing!

My daughter had received a bottle of this parfum as a gift. When she brought it home, she said "mom, you have to try this, I think you're going to Love it". Well, she was RIGHT! Everything about this is AMAZING, especially the longevity. This has the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and it lingers for hours!The only "downside" I could personally find is the price, just because it's more than I normally spend. However, after trying it twice and seeing how well it blends with my chemistry and the longevity of wear, I was sold. Beautiful Scent; The Ginger Shines

So I fell in love with Libre Intense. I noticed that a lot of folks compared Intense with Le Parfum. Some said the two are so similar, you don’t need both. Others said Le Parfum is so spicy and unique, it stands alone. My take is this: you truly *don’t* need both. They are just that similar. Le Parfum does have the added ginger (which I can smell) and honey (which I can’t smell). Folks say it’s sweeter, but I feel like Intense is smoother and more pleasing. They both dry down similarly, but, for me, Intense is superior. If you *love* ginger, however, this may be your jam. For me, Intense is very feminine; however, the ginger in Le Parfum makes that flanker feel more masculine/cologne like.

Great smell multiple layers but fell short

My biggest disappointment would be the length of time this perfume lasts/strength and that the cap came scratched. Also seemed like the box was thrown together everything was on one side of the box. This was my first time buying a luxury perfume and for the amount I spent I had higher expectations. I was very excited to receive it and that they engrave it for free. The two free samples are cool too but I was going to get three before signing in which was odd to me. Why would I get less for being a member? Seems backwards. The engraved font also looked different that the picture at checkout and I liked that one but the actual engraving font was corny looking. Love it but love the Intense better

When the Libre came out I jumped at it! I was originally a Black Opium girl and had the original and extreme but once it became too popular and common I had to jump ship. I’ve tried all versions of the Libre and on my skin I like the Intense the most shortly followed by the Le Parfum and then in third place the original. Why? Well with my skin chemistry, fragrances always smell very musky and sultry. The heart notes in the Intense shine where as the le Parfum fall flat. I’m one of those that can wear a lot of unisex or men’s colognes if that helps paint the picture. I was really excited for the Saffron accord in the Le Parfum because 540 smells amazing on me because of the Saffron but it fell short here for me. Perfume girly

I purchased their EROS Type for Men in oil, lotion, bath gel, and aftershave. The smell is intoxicating and just as I like it. EROS Type is clean, fresh, and sweet but MASCULINE, without being obnoxious. Most of all the sillage is significant giving you your money’s worth. Replaced my Fav from 2016/‘17!

I wear this daily and it has replaced my first and favorite since ‘16/‘17 “My Burberry Black (F)” which is a spicy, dry, woodsy scent. It feels like it blends into my life and makes me feel like doing my favorite activities. It reminds me of backpacking trails. Out of all the YSL scents (I was stuck between the Libre Le & the Libre Eau de Parfum INTENSE” due to the stronger orange blossom notes (and main lavender notes which I usually avoid) vs the main saffron notes with the orange blossom less noticeable. Sibling owns “Opium Eau de Toilette” and the other red one, which I do like (the amber is lovely but the vanilla is possibly overriding- it does not smell like extract but I believe that’s what makes it sweeter and stronger.*In image left to right* 1. Super Sexy

Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) fragrances are some of my absolute favourites and Libre Le Perfume is no exception. It's sexy and luxurious and has great lasting power. This fragrance by YSL is perfect for date night or an evening out with he girls. The fragrance notes are floral with lavender but also spicy with a touch of saffron. The scent settles down nicely after being applied and isn't overly in your face but definitely there. Like all Yves Saint Laurent fragrances the bottle is stunning and displays nicely too.

Surprisingly good

I would have never bought this based on it's online description...then I received a free sample with another purchase. To me, this smells like if you're walking around a very classy downtown area, by high-end boutiques and then there's a fancy ice cream shop a couple doors down & when their doors open you get a whif of both. It's so classy & gorgeous with a light, grown-up, expensive-smelling, fresh vanilla dry down. Lasts about 4-6 hours on me with 2-4 sprays. I wear this to work or going out - probably wouldn't wear in very casual situations. The bottle is gorgeous. It's a new favorite.
