I have tried many styles of Stainless Steel brands with not so good results but my new All-Clad pans are the best. No more hot handles (oven use excluded), after simple seasoning - almost nonstick, lightweight compared to other SS brands and styles. Learn to use your pans in a different way and be surprised. I love cooking shows and all the chefs were using SS rather than non-stick.

It holds and distributes the heat eemore evenly than any fry pan we’ve ever had. This makes for evenly done and tastier meals. Clean up is much easier than any pan other than maybe non stick Teflon pans. There’s just no comparison on the end quality of the food when cooked with this pan compared to any pan we’ve ever used.

I just bought it at a great discount I must say I am extremely very happy with the results cooked four medium/large chicken tights, very simple ingredients freshly grind marine salt and freshly grind peeper after browning caramelizing were placed for a while in the oven, removed chicken to make a reduction sauce, added shopped shallots, a very well made crunchy skin nice flavor, delicious!! What a great kitchen tool, don't know why some ppl complain about this pans go back to nonstick pans.I own other All Clad pans, this one doesn't disappoint. The only draw back I will like to add a lid but that is just me and not for the way this pan was intended to be used.Made in the USAGreat buy.

I purchased the D5 polished pan 8 about a month ago. It works great. I put on medium heat, we have electric heat and wait about five minutes sprinkle some water on the pan when the water sizzles I spray some oil on the pan before i start cooking. It cooks fast and very easy to remove or flip the eggs i make for breakfast. I let it cool down before i start cleaning it. I use warm water and soap to clean it. Very easy.
Being a food lover and self taught cook, I have always dreamed of owning All-clad pans. The crème de la crème of cookware or so I’ve been told. So when my box came in I couldn’t contain my happiness. The pan itself is so sleek and shiny and yes while a little heavy the balance of this pan is awesome. I couldn’t wait to try my favorite dish to make, pan seared blackened salmon. The pan heated up extremely quick and evenly compared to the set I was previously using. I personally experienced no sticking at all, the fish glided around the pan with ease. Next I made a simple fried egg, and again the egg slipped around and cooking was a breeze, not only that but clean up had been a breeze as well. I can not wait to add to my collection! I love these pans!
I've been using this pan for several weeks now and I absolutely love it. I use it so much I haven't even found a place to store it -- it just stays on the stove. It's heavy duty and is super easy to clean. It also looks great, as it is all polished stainless steel. It's manufactured well and is really solid. I know it will hold up to the test of time.
My morning omelette and cup of coffee is how I begin my day. I have a new induction cooktop and I needed pans that could work. My D5 omelette pan is perfection. I love AllClad pans and they have not let me down.
This pan resembles the definition of quality. It is built to last and has many uses. The 5-ply bond really gives you even heat within the pan cooking area like no other. It is fully made of metal so not only does it look great but it can be used when grilling. This is my go to pan when I want something done fast and hot! I highly recommend this pan.
I'm in love with this skillet and can hardly wait to buy more in this series! It has performed wonderfully on everything from caramel sauce to over easy eggs to alfredo sauce. Easy enough to clean by hand and did well in the dishwasher. Did very well pouring caramel sauce without dripping thanks to the special edge.Tips: add butter or oil first; thin flexible metal spatula makes cooking eggs easier.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to after using my pan for the first time. Talk about standing out from the rest. I’ve used other pans that are half the price and make claims that don’t fallow through. This pan was definitely worth the investment. First time cooking turkey bacon and an over medium egg…..came out perfect for a first time use….minimal sticking and clean up was just as amazing. If only I had pictures from other pans to compare the different. The prices at first had me at an iffy state but after this first time use….I’m sold!
