Works perfectly and is sleek. All ports functional. Dual screen support works perfectly on both a HP x360 830 g8 and a MacBook Pro 13" 2015 (through the USB-A port). Using it with a 1600 x 900 monitor and a 4k monitor. No issues at all.The only small 'downside' is that that power button just turns on/off the dock. It does not turn on my HP x360 830 g8 when it is off.

I have 2 x 2k (2560px x 1440px) monitors and I am docking into a Windows Surface Book 2 (13.5 inch) laptop. It is able to extend to my 2 monitors without much issue, however I noticed some very occasional lag on my mouse. Not sure exactly what the cause of the mouse lag is. If you play a lot of twitch shooters on PC that could be a major issue for you.The 65 W power output is enough to charge my laptop which was the main thing that I was concerned about going into the purchase. This is definitely the biggest limiting factor. If I had the 15 inch Surface Book 2 model instead of the 13.5 inch model, the power supply would not be enough. Also be aware that it has no Thunderbolt ports, so it is not very future proof. It is built with old fashion ports in mind with mostly USB A ports and 1 extra USB C port on the front. The only other USB C port is the one on the back used to connect to your PC.I'm fairly happy with the purchase, I feel like it's a little bit over-priced though for what it offers, especially with that low power output.

I was hoping I could use USB-C to DP on this one, but the guys at ALOGIC said it was only DP. That's not how they were advertising it though. It does the job however and that's all that matters I guess.I am also bummed that it's not plugin play. You have to download their driver and that gives me security concerns as well as their dumb icon is always on in the header of my Mac and there's no way to turn it off. I'm OCD so things like that matter.I like that it doesn't take up much space on my desk. I'm running a 46 curved Dell and a 32 Dell. I've seen some better ones out there, but this will do for now.

Great hub, DislayLink-enabled, lets me run my Macbook Air M2 with 2 4K displays. A word of caution -- you need to diligently follow the instructions for DisplayLink software installation.
We were using HP docking stations at work and the were crap, this ALOGIC dock blows them out of the water hands down, so much so we have purchased 3 units and will probably purchase more in the future. No more dropouts. Thanks ALOGIC & JB HIFI for the great delivery service .
"I picked up a DX2 for around $280, it is great and has very fast Delivery. A brilliant docking station with a sleek, portable design, The best laptop docking station you can buy today."
works great and was easy to set up. runs both screens no probs, keyboard and mouse. headset plugs strait in too.Makes the setup from work to home a breeze. Just plug the cable to my work laptop and off we go.
Although the packaging states MacOS compatibility, this isnāt exactly true. You CANNOT play protected content such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, some YouTube videos etc. You will get sound and a black screen in the video player across all screens (including the laptop screen). This has been a known issue since 2018 and has yet to be rectified. This isnāt described anywhere on the Alogic website but is on the DisplayLink support forums. The recommendation is to a) disable hardware acceleration or b) unplug the DisplayLink dock and watch on your primary screen. This is not conducive to a hassle free setup. Uses a DisplayLink virtual graphics device - this is not a thunderbolt 3 device. The end result with two 4K screens is it is 'technically' possible, but with bad refresh rates and lossy compression artefacts clearly visible. For a 2019 HP Spectre, any display activity will consume large chunks of CPU and GPU resources. However, the rest of the dock works well, including the power delivery functionality.
I required a dual monitor setup for my home office space and use a selection of Google Chromebook devices including Lenovo Flex 5 Chromebook and Lenovo Duet Chromebook. I'm pleased to say this docking station works perfectly without the need to download any additional drivers. Power Delivery is also welcome for charging by Google Pixel 5 mobile device.
