Dont buy anything from BuySPRY, and be very careful about big Groupon purchases... The phone came and worked for about a week, then a purple line showed up on the left side of the screen. It had a screen protector and a new Otter Box Commuter case. Turns out this is a hardware issue, and needs to be physically repaired (as per YouTube) . I called the seller and got a voice mail saying they only answer emails as a safety protocol - weird but ok. VM said they answer all requests in 24 hours. 48 hours later I sent another email. I got what looked like a robot response email and then another with instructions how to clear the phone to send it back. Its been over a week now. Never again Groupon... the BS about support and help is just that. I am extremely disappointed, and will never buy anything from Groupon that costs more that $10 again. I bought this phone when it first came out. Needless to say, for something that costs a freaking THOUSAND dollars damn near, you’d think I’d have it decked out in the best damage proof/waterproof/idiot proof/toddler drool and screen abuse, butttttt I don’t. I’ve had cases (4 now over the past however many years it’s been out now) all of which cost less than $20, and a glass screen protector on top. I’m clumsy AF, seriously y’all, I trip over air, walk into corners of tables/counters hourly, you name it. I really liked the look of the phone but the fact that the back of the phone is actually glass was super frustrating. If you don’t get a good case it breaks really easily! I thought my case was strong enough but apparently it was NOT! Then changing out cases I got glass chips in my finger. The camera was decent. Definitely can’t take pictures of things at night (like the moon, etc) but idk if that’s possible with the new iPhone 13 pro either. I just upgraded to that one. These phones are just so expensive and I do pay for insurance but the fact that you can’t get the back replaced when it breaks so easily is rather irritating bc then you have to pay the full deductible for just a back screen. The camera quality is AMAZING. If you like to take photos or travel then i think this phone will be great choice because of the quality of the phone and it being water resistant. I think this phone is amazing, I’ve had it for almost 2 years now as I just love it. My only con is the size of the phone can be a bit tricky to get used to because it is bigger screen. I’ve had apple phones for years but used other brands for tablets and I do find apple just far superior from speed to app availability. The camera quality is fantastic even years later it’s still brilliant and I have no problems with it. 64gb storage is perfect for my photos and I have probably about 40 apps. Over all as I said even to todays standards this is a fantastic phone. So get it

Excellent Condition Is Not Truly Excellent

This is my third cell-phone that I have purchased from Gazelle, and I hate to say it, but this may be the last cell-phone I purchase from Gazelle. Since my second cell-phone order, every time I order my iPhone in “Excellent” condition, it arrives in person and it is the exact opposite of excellent. Knicks and scratches are usually all around the phone, which isn’t supposed to be there on an excellent condition phone. This is even more baffling because I read reviews of certain Gazelle customers purchasing fair condition cell-phones and receiving them in near-perfect condition. I don’t know if it’s a joke or not, but maybe give people what they pay for Gazelle. I shouldn’t have to take a risk with my hard-earned money like this. Good So Far

I ordered the space gray but received a gold one. This is the reason for the 4 stars. The hubby doesn’t mind the gold as it will be covered with a case anyway. There are a couple small smudges on the screen like it was rubbed too hard. Not a crack more like a scratch but does not hinder the overall vibe or affect much of the screen. It’s a refurb so I was expecting a little more scratch and dent. See pics attached. Those were the only two visible cosmetic issues I saw on the whole phone. So far so good. Packaging was legit and all serial numbers in the phone match the numbers on the outside of the box. The box was a little bent in the corner but that’s probably from shipping. Great working phone

this phone was a great buy for me. I saw some of the reviews, and decided to go ahead and see for myself what I’d get. I’ve had this phone for a year now, and I was fully satisfied with it until I upgraded to iOS 16. I believe there are some hardware issues, because now I cannot fully use the vertical middle of my screen. It’s very strange, but I do not think it has anything to do with the seller since my phone was working perfectly for almost an entire year. I would definitely buy another phone from the seller and I probably will. I had no cracks or scratches on my phone when I received it, just some lint in the speakers which was easy to clean.

Huge and Actually better than an Xr

I bounce around from iPhone to android but mainly iPhones. I like to test everything. Recently sold my XR to my best friend so I could get the XR. Well I get the iPhone XS Max and let me tell you. This phone is HUGE! Colorful! Vivid! Very strong piece of fancy electronic equipment. This in 2022 will still be in 2025 a good budget daily driver. I recommend not just the iPhone, but the quality Kj and his team give to these phones. And the quality they give to their customers. SHIPPING WAS FASTEST IN THE WORLD! Thank you for your iPhone!

Microphone issue

When i received the product it was in excellent condition, but thing that did not work was the microphone.Received another one by 30 days warranty… and got thé same issue.Contacting the seller to get this situation fixed… ( you know spending a lot of Time on send / received item, think it is now résolved ) and they are telling me that this is now out of warranty (30 days). Telling me that I should pay to fix it… even if they send me another défective unit!I always do positivé review because i like local business to grow…. But this is unacceptable for thé company « Device Care » to not make their QA after fixe …. And to not adding another 30 days warranty after a fix !

Pristine condition.

I'm a long time Android user who left iOS years ago because the price of iPhones had become insane. However I had noticed lately that the price of refurbished versions has come down substantially. So I decided to give it a shot since I do like the iOS platform. There's a lot to be said for it. So setting aside my hefty skepticism I ordered the refurbished Xs Max. I was extremely pleased to see the phone was shipped to me in pristine condition. The display and the rest of the phone was scratch free. And trust me I checked closely. Set up was a breeze for me since I still had my old Apple ID. Everything took about an hour, including updates. I noticed the seller replaced the battery with a new one not approved by Apple.
