The PT18G is the ideal companion for most small trim and interior molding work. The non-marring rubber tip helps protect the project surface and the contact safety prevents misfires. Made of lightweight die-cast aluminum, it is easy to handle, yet durable enough for consistent use. Plus the nail indicator window lets users see when brads are running low and the easy-to-use magazine makes reloading a breeze.

Arrow brad nailer has worked great for a long time for us. Finished many houses with it.

In the past week or so this nail gun has performed worse and worse.... Occasionally 'misfiring', and now misfiring regularly, at least 70% of the time. The firing pin/blade doesn't retract after a successful nailing. I can push it back manually and it will work for the next nail...

This review is as much about customer service as it is about the nailer. In short, I'm impressed by both. I used an Arrow electric stapler which didn't have as much power as it should have. Customer service replaced it with this pneumatic nailer. That's going above and beyond. After 7-8 months of pretty heavy use - almost daily with a couple thousand 5/8" brads each day - the magazine became balky. Some small internal plastic parts disintegrated and operation became mildly frustrating. It would work, but couldn't load an entire strip of brads. And then it wouldn't shoot the last couple dozen brads. No bueno. So I called customer service again, and they immediately shipped TWO new magazines FREE OF CHARGE. I'm back in business and Arrow has a happy, loyal customer. ... MoreThis review is as much about customer service as it is about the nailer. In short, I'm impressed by both. Perfect for my application. Size is great for handling. Easy-to-use & load.
We replaced bi fold pantry door with a prehung. This nail gun made the job super easy.
Got the job done, but time will tell if it works when I attempt to use it in a week, a month, or six months from now.No illustrated loading or jam clearing instructions in the manual. Unexpectedly fired off a nail when reconnecting the air hose.Arrow web site not oriented to customer service- just product promotion.
Product was super easy to use. high qualityWould recommend to others.Retail company was very helpful.Project was easy to complete.
I finally opened the box to do a project with my new Arrow EBN320 nailer. The springs in the magazine were twisted and out of their track. There is nothing to hold the brads in position so it can only work in a straight up right position for gravity to feed them. That works only some times for maybe 2 or 3 brads. Then I have to take it apart and re-position the brads.
Great product to use, handles very well for large or small projects.Since I am a General Contractor, my employees are totally satisfied with this nail gun. I've purchased Arrow Tools for some time now and have complete confidence in their products.Looking forward to the staple puller!!Thanks,Joe Hilburn
