The Super 4 Galvanised Rotary is a permanently fixed, wind up Rotary. Reminiscent of years gone by, it features a traditional metal gear case, hi-tensile galvanised steel tubing and galvanised wire. The Super 4 has a head diameter of 4m. The 6 lines total 40.4m of line space with the outside line measuring 2820mm. Galvanised wire and fittings are included. The handle grip and end caps are manufactured using UV stabilised polymers. Please note: The Column is pre-assembled. The Head Section requires full assembly.

I absolutely love it. Such an improvement on my old clothesline..I did have to wait a long time (many weeks) from the time of ordering to delivery and installation.and the installer was reluctant to travel the 25kms to my home but did so as I paid extra for his travel time. He was pleasant, did a good job and I am so pleased to have my new clothesline up and being used. As I am blind I need something that works easily, lines stay taught and it moves effortlessly which my clothesline now does. Thank you for a great Australian made product. I have recommended it to others.

The thickness if the clothes line wire is thicker than I had before and the pegs hang on much better. The tightness of the wire is so good as the old one used to sag with the weight of the washing, this one doesn't.It winds up and down with ease and so smoothly.Did not think I could be so excited over a new clothesline. Thank you.

Installation took some effort. I did complete install myself, including jack hammering out old hoist post concrete.Instructions were reasonable. I live in area with sandy soil. Soil type affect install of post hole.Only other point is to take time to slowly read instruction first to ensure all the key points are picked up. General comment. Final install was good.Unwinding the hoist wire was cumbersome, particularly only one person. The wire is quite soft for iron/steel and easy to hand work and cut with full size pliers.
we replaced our old and completely deteriorated clothes line with the -Austral ClothesHoist Super4- .what a surprise !!! it arrived very well packed and with excellent instruction to ***** .everything is solid no more cracking and brittle plastic .the line itself is metal and thicker plus the woven structure keeps your washing and pegs in place .I will recommend this product to anyone who is looking for quality and value for money .
Great at first until we installed the Lifestyle Clothesline rain cover. On the first night there must have been a strong wind and the top half of the galvanised steel clothesline lifted away from the galvanised steel base pole, hit our colorbond fence, hit a tree and landed upside down on the lawn and the clothesline is no longer useable.I have left three voicemail messages this week and sent two written messages from the chat tool on the Lifestyle Clothesline website. I am still waiting for a response. The website hours do not indicate that Lifestyle Clothesline have been closed during this last week.Super frustrating and disappointing.Never did I think the top half of the clothesline could fly off. I thought that when they are installed it would somehow lock in.

Of course, when it arrived at the hardware store a few days later, I had to pick it up.But the carton in which it came was too long to fit in even a large sedan even after I lowered the back seat and so I had to borrow a box trailer to pick it up. All in all, it was a cumbersome arrangement but there was nothing better available. Erecting the cloth hoist itself was quire easy but as soon as I used it to hang up clothes, it grieved me having bought the hoist. It's not difficult to imaging what it is like having to pull part of a bed sheet back from the second line and try to pull it down between the second and first line and it's even more frustrating when one discovers that the synthetic ropes do not allow the sheets to slide easily. I was glad that after 3 years of stress, the ratchet gave up and I was in the market for a replacement. After a short and easy search on the internet I found what I was looking for. The Austral's website gave me all the details I needed and it helped me in making the right choice with confidence. Surprisingly enough, the Austral Super 4 Clothes Hoist that I had settled for was delivered free of charge to my front door much quicker than expected. To ***** the unit was not a problem. Anyone who has the recommended basic tools and a bit of common sense can do it. Besides, to help a purchaser, the website offers a video that explains the procedure and best way to assemble the hoist. One of the features I'm impressed with, is that the mentioned hoist has galvanized wires spaced at just the right distances apart and the way that wet sheets and other clothes easily slide over the wires without any effort or jerking. Also the price of the hoist I found attractive compared with other brands and manufacturers. In summary, I can fully recommend Austral Clothe Hoists to anyone.
After years of no clothesline and before that a wall-foldaway line, finally got a good quality, solid, fixed, rotary clothesline. And it is Australian!Rotary is the only way to dry. Great air-flow, full rotation, and height adjustment means the laundry dries super-fast.DIY installation was OK. Unfolding the wire line was messy. It would be easier if the wire line was on a reel. All worked out fine.Purchasing from Australian Made Clotheslines was great! Website is easy to use, excellent information, and good selection of payment options. We needed somewhere to hang our wet clothes,outside with the sun where is wind blows.So we bought ourself a new clothesline;a purchase which was easy and all online.The clothesline is mighty tough and strong,and the assembly did not take long,Although the wire kept getting in a knot,human error was to blame a lot.Communication with your company was clear,and in no time the clothesline was here.It was the cheapest clothesline of its kind,and is perfect; exactly what I had in mind.(Sorry for the poem… I’m a teacher (Maths not English) who just returned from school camp and who shouldn’t write product reviews when she’s tired).
