I use this as an overnight hand cream and it’s amazing. I am constantly picking at the skin on my fingers, so the skin is always dry and flaky. Whenever I use this, my hands look so much better. It’s a really thick cream which is why I like using it only at night to sleep in.

I use this product for extremely dry patches of skin on my face. It is really great for soothing rough patches - fixes them up overnight! It also is great for healing any kind of scab from a healing pimple. It was especially effective to help my skin heal after a microneedling procedure. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for something that effectively heals dry or damaged skin! It is not moisturizing enough for my dry skin on its own though, so I use it with other products.

I was having issues with my PO and battling dry skin from the winter and after applying this cream for a couple of days my skin was well hydrated, hardly any redness and my PO was almost all gone. It has no fragrance which is best un the long run for skin. The texture is a bit on the thick side but nothing that feels sticky of heavy. Great brand and cream. Restores skin balance and skin barrier. Very hydrating and thick. It contains ceramides which are great for your skin. I will be repurchasing, it is pricy but you get a lot of product. One tube will last me over a year and I use it nightly!

The price is right on this cream. Warm IR between your fingers before application. I use this in the evening but you could use it during the day as well. It’s creamy and spreadable. A little can go a long way. Very hydrating I tried this on one side of my face and a La Mer sample on the other. The only differences were price and fragrance and ingredients. Avene has no fragrance. La Mer had a light fragrance, but to me it wasn’t pleasant. I recommend this if you want a luxurious product without a luxurious price tag.

Someone recently recommended this moisturizer to me, and I’m so thankful for that as it’s been a godsend for restoring my skins hydration and reducing sensitivity! I recently damaged my moisture barrier through too much exfoliation and this product was the only moisturizer I used that actually helped me get my skin back to a good place. It also did not clog my pores at all. I love this stuff and now mix it with my retin-a every night to prevent dryness and sensitivity.

I have used this cream on areas of my face that have been irritated by retinol products and experienced great results. This cream heals, hydrates and soothes skin problems quickly. It speeds the healing process and delivers remarkable results. I highly recommend this product.

Great for a damaged skin barrier and acne

I am in LOVE with this product. I bought it after badly damaging my skin barrier that led to a very nasty acne outbreak all over my cheeks. I've found this soothes my skin so much, locks in my moisturizer and I don't have a single acne scar (which I've been prone to in the past and was sure I would get because it's cystic acne). I really, really love this stuff. It goes on so nicely and doesn't pill and works well with my other products. I will be purchasing this again and again.

Holy Grail of Face Creams

This has been my saviour a few times in the last year. I've very allergic skin and I have to watch what I put on it. Recently I added a new product to my routine, my skin heated up, red and bumpy. I got this out and I had forgotten how amazing it really is. It is a great skin barrier repair cream. It is easily affordable. Skin feels refreshed, and also hydrated when on. I found this product last year after I received a chemical peel I didn't want! I used it for a good couple of months after that peel. I used this in combination with the Cleansing foam for my skin to regain normality.

Soothing and safe for my sensitive skin

My dermatologist recommended this product for the painful painful cystic acne I would experience occasionally. I use it for any dermatitis or allergic reaction for immediate relief of itching and stinging, allowing for improved and rapid healing. I can safely use this product near my eyes without irritation and it's never cause a break out. I wish they still made this product in the much larger size (for the same price) but that's my only complaint.
