Beauty Profile:15 year old, soon to be 16 with Combination skin typePackaging:Seller packaging wasnt the best, but it did the job^^ The Beauty of Joseon packaging was minimalistic, yet so pleasing to display:)Usage Experience:Using it once in the morning after cleansing, and once at night:)The texture was slightly thicker than the usual watery toners since it is a milky toner, the two layer function is really nice as the rice extract helps my skin to be deep moistened while the powder layer doesn’t clog my pores yet helps it to control sebum:)I’ve only been using this toner for 2 days, and I can say that it does give my skin that glass and glowy look and feel without it looking greasy or oily. ^-^

Got this product free in exchange for a review, so here it goes.A toner with two parts; a light, moisturizing toner and a rice solution to help with oiliness.While i'm not in the habit of shaking my toners, seeing the rice part settle at the bottom is a good reminder. The near transparent bottle allows for that and it's not bad-looking either. I think it's simple and elegant.At first I wondered what it was for since the name doesn't include "toner." I'm not sure if it helps me at all with oiliness, but I think using it with other products to mitigate oiliness will be more effective. We can't expect one toner to do all the heavy lifting.

Simple and Effective

Got the Toner because I was interested in Rice Water products. The texture is definetly watery and it does smell like ferment. Note if you are sensitive to ferment ingredients than be wary. Very interesting, the rice is in product so shake before use. So unfortunately dead-skin build-up is common for me, but I can't cleanse in the morning because I have sensitive skin. So I'm hoping this can be my morning toner to help wipe off the dead-skin when water doesn't just cut it. After use I notice my skin feel smoother. Which helps a lot for the mornings. I definetly consider this as a simple toner that will help hydrate and smooth your skin as it says.

Very nice toner

I could not wait to try this toner. I love Beauty of Joseon and this product looked right up my alley. It is very watery and you need to shake it up well beacuase of the 2 layers. It is moisturizing and leaves the skin glowy. But glowy as glow from within rather than dewy, which I prefer, because I have combination skin that can get quite oily. I use 2 layers of this milk in my morning routine and I just put sunscreen on. For how watery and lightweight it is, it moisturizes very well. I would repurchase it again.

Overall it a great toner for hydrates, brightens, and promotes a healthy glow. It also helps to reduce my acne spot as well and light up my dark spot too for long use.
