Quite by chance when I had run out I took a solgar magnesium supplement instead.........Unbelievable difference!! No restless legs and I slept for 8 hrs!! First time in 2.5 years. And this has continued on for at least 6 wks on the solgar product. Magnesium glycinate is supposed to be THE superior form of magnesium. Supposed to be best absorbed. I dont think this preparation is all it says it is. Certainly didnt work for me and I couldnt reccommend them.

Quite by chance when I had run out I took a solgar magnesium supplement instead.........Unbelievable difference!! No restless legs and I slept for 8 hrs!! First time in 2.5 years. My lower leg cramps are much less frequent and when I get one it’s not as severe. Definitely works for me.
Good product. Used to take Magnesium Citrate as it was the only type of magnesium that prevented cramping legs and feet. My naturopath suggested I try the Mag Bisglycinate, I was not eager but have not regretted it ever.
Great product, use it daily for heart health and general wellbeing. It helps with cramps in my legs at night and helps with sleep.

It took a couple of weeks to kick in. Now I'm sleeping really well. I used to sleep lightly all night or wake around 2am and stay awake for 2-3 hours. Now I sleep deeply and if I do wake up I quickly go back to sleep. I wake in the mornings feeling rested and ready to start my day. Happy girl!
Seems to really help with getting to sleep faster and sleeping longer at a time. It is very sweet though, almost to the stage of 'sickly sweet' and could do with the sweet taste being toned down a bit. Having said that I have had not one night of leg cramps or even a twinge so it certainly helps with that.
I read that magnesium bisglycinate is one of the best absorbed by the body. Since I use it , I have noticed no leg cramps . For me it is the best as it works
