This product is over-priced rubbish. It can clean a small area which is just slightly dirty, but with a larger area with even moderate soiling, all it does is spread the dirt around.
I have the corded version which is excellent to do the whole house, so I bought the cordless one for those quick and easy clean ups, I am happy to report the cordless model is every bit as good as the corded one and does a great job. I will continue using both
It's doesn't nothing at all to clean the tiles. The concept is there but it seems like the brushes don't even touch the ground. I bought a new mop a day after wasting $600 on this paper weight
Great unit for floor tiles and timber floors. Battery lasts about 30 mins but you mop the floor quicker than conventional mop. No smears on floor. Happy with the unit.
Mopping/Vacuuming with the CrossWave is a pleasure! I honestly didnt think it was going to do the job as well as it does, great purchase!! Highly recommend this product
Easy to use and very effective. Sealed wooden floors and low pile floor rugs in this house. Always shocked by the used water tank and filter, this washer/vacuum makes a messy and hated job effortless. Battery life lasts well. Love the self cleaning programme -using it between rooms to start fresh in each- and ease of final unit wipedown makes cleanup simple. Not a small appliance but weve tucked it into the broom cupbaord to store and then take the charging station and unit out to plug in, self clean and recharge after use ready for next use- which is much more frequent now!
I love my Bissell. What used to take me 1.5hrs now takes me 20-30 min. Dont get me wrong you still need to own a vaccuum and mop but for daily upkeep its wonderful. With 2 young children and a dog with a double coat that sheds i need to clean my floors at least once a day. I use, empty and re-use during the day then thouroughly clean at the end of the day and dry the attachments overnight. At least once a week i hand wash the brush with mild soap, run through the spin cycle on the bissel and let dry. If you get streaks it usually means a) using too much water and it needs a spin and/or b) your floors are very dirty and you'll need to give it a double or even triple clean. Wish it had a longer battery life. Also wish it had larger capacity but this probably means a bulkier design which isnt practical. Take the good with the bad and at the end of the day my floors have never been cleaner and that make me feel somuch better! Nothing worse than dirty floors.
