I used these capsules broken open and rubbed on my pregnant belly during my pregnancy up to 35 weeks gestation. I had no stretch marks what so ever but when I stopped using the Vitamin E all of a sudden I had a few appear but they weren't major. I believe if I hadn't used it at all I would of had worse marks than I did and they possibly would have come earlier as I am a very petite girl who was pregnant with a very large baby. I am very happy with this product and will continue to use them to help reduce the appearance of my stretch marks. Highly recommend for any skin restoration or prevention of damage.

Bought these from Chemist Warehouse last month. My wife and i both take them as per directions on bottle. I am in good health for nearly 70 and intend to stay that way as long as possible. I am sure these are a help for both of use. we recommend them.
