Please be advised that this oatmeal costs $14 a bag. I had a free coupon so that is the only reason why I purchased it. If you follow the instructions on the bag, you will notice that it does take over twenty minutes to cook. I followed the instructions perfectly and I noticed that the oatmeal was still very hard. I had to cook it for an additional five minutes, and in addition also had to add more water/milk to make it creamier. I did enjoy that this oatmeal is hearty and fills you up much more than regular oatmeal. You can see from the photos how yummy the whole grains look. It is very expensive but very delicious!

l love oats, not only nutrients but tasty as well. My favorite recipe with this great thing is to make healthy porridge to warm up my body and stimulate my intestines with high fiber. i make juice with 2 Tbsp of pine tree nuts, 1/2 tsp chopped garlics, and a pinch of ginger powder and salt. i mix them with 2 cups of water. and I boil them on low heat for about 10 mints. And I add tumeric powder and black bell peppers right before heat off. it turns out amazingly beautiful yellowish nutrient porridge. Try it and you ll never regret.~~

Excellent!

Excellent! Whole grains quality oats! Great for bowels and heathy!
13 September 2022

Love oats and so far those available at the supermarkets here are not of top quality whole grains. Most contain gluten and added sugar. So if you are looking for whole grains, this is the go to. For years i use to only eat oats as daily breakfast and it helps with bowel movements. But the moment i stopped, i can see the difference. In addition, oats are also great as savory porridge and can also be added to your morning smoothies or yoghurt. Cooked the oats with half milk and half water n pinch of salt. The taste is so natural whole foods, and immediately you can taste and see the difference vs store bought mass brands. For sure i will buy this again. If you are health conscious buy the best organic whole grains you can! If you like this pls gimme a thumbs up.

Good

Quality is great, ingredients and composition is clean and simple. Taste is as usual, like oats. Price is expensive for the size. Easy to use, but packaging can be improved. Supposed to benefit as a healthy addition. Great for breakfast, and easy to add and scale to desired serving size. Great recommendation.

Great amount, great price, great quality!

Bob's always has the best ingredients, but the size, resealable package, and taste of these oats make them superior to other brands available! I like that I can always expect amazing quality, have the ease of use of a reusable pouch, and have plenty of oats for various breakfast recipes without needing to buy tons of small packs or decant packs into containers all the time. Needless to say, oats have various health benefits so this is a great option!

Healthy breakfast right here
30 October 2022

I like making refrigerated oats (i use yoghurt, blueberries, almonds, honey, oats) or protein shake (ingredients include oats, bananas, peanut butter, almonds, chia seeds, and add milk). Tastes good. It’s cheaper to buy on iHerb than my local grocery so I’m happy about that. Great quality oats for a healthy breakfast
