This is a delicious, high-quality powdered buttermilk. It is a very convenient product if you don't want to keep buttermilk around in the refrigerator or have run out. Where I am, I can't get buttermilk and the liquid yogurt typically has added sugar. This product is a 'lifesaver' for me, so now I can add it to pancake mix and make delicious buttermilk pancakes. The only ingredient is dried sweet-cream buttermilk, so there is some dairy fat in it (not a skimmed milk product). Where I am, I can't get buttermilk, so I mix with water and drink it for a refreshing beverage. Delicious ice-cold.

I ignored the existence of this fantastic product until I saw someone had mentioned it on TikTok. I use it to make a big batch of dry ranch style salad dressing. When I’m ready to use it, I add some mayo and sour cream.I love it because I’m convinced modern salad dressing is full of garbage and now I know what I’m eating.One package will last almost a year and I’m saving so much money by not buying the store bought dressing, it’s incredible.

This is a great product to keep in your pantry for baking purposes. I never end up using a whole container of fresh buttermilk so this seems less wasteful. It mixes easily with water. I've used it in making pancakes and it did very well, you could even make it as a dry mix to have instant pancakes. I did taste it on its own and it has a mild sweet flavor, not too tangy.

I've never tried buttermilk powder before and found this to be very convenient. I've even found different uses for it. I started adding it to my coffee and hot chocolate or any hot drink. Best to mix it with water or regular milk first then add it to hot drink. Storing it in refrigerator after opening. I recommend this product.

I typically make my own buttermilk by mixing milk and lemon juice but then I asked myself, "Why?" This shelf-stable buttermilk powder is absolutely brilliant and it made my gluten-free blueberry muffins taste so creamy and delicious. My only complaint would be that the packaging doesn't clearly state how to store the powder. A quick Google has mixed messages: Some say to store it in the fridge and some say to store it in the pantry. Mine is in the pantry and we'll see what happens!
milk always spoils in my house because i use it so irregularly 😅 so i thought of this as a good alternative and i gotta say, it’s way more delicious than milk. it doesn’t taste like buttermilk at all, at least not in my country. here it’s like kefir, but thinner and less fat, but this tastes sweet-ish. almost like milk with added sweet cream to it. anyways, delicious and convenient. will repurchase when running low.
