I bought this Wall-mounted canopy and was bitterly disappointed to find that there was 2 x 400mm flue covers. When 600mm x 2 flue covers are needed. I would never recommend this canopy as I feel it is faulty in the fact that there is no mention what so ever that warns you that you need a "lower" ceiling and does not suit a house with 13 cement block high ceiling Also it could be alot quieter when the fan is on. Certainly not very happy, What do I do??

Great product
Overall it is good. But it's not powerful enough as I expected.
I was shocked at how noisy the exhaust fan was even on the lowest setting. Makes cooking at the stove unpleasant. Noisest rangehood I have experienced
