Great product, big and expansive size and easy to clean. You’ll need bench space and/or storage space for this one! I’ve used it primarily for its non-stock surface and ease of temperature control (I have a very basic small electric stove and I’d never achieve the results stovetop that I can from the pan. I’ve even used it to make perfect pancakes! Great for larger sauces and soupy dishes (curries, etc) and also great for deep frying (fried chicken or all sorts of small appetisers)!

This is a staple item in my busy household, something I use almost every day and I need to work well. I am really happy with this purchase - it is very sturdy and it's handles are a lot sturdier than any of my previous pans and design makes it much easier to carry and clean. The temperature dial has wording/ranges rather than numbers which is not what I am used to so this is the only thing that I am still adjusting to. In saying that the temperature dial is much more accurate and responsive than any other pan so I do not mind the adjustment. Beautiful deep sides means I can cook a greater variety of foods and also for large numbers at once which is great. Very happy and would choose this pan again.

This is a really good size and you can cook enough for a large family. Only issue I have is that the temperature is a little bit difficult to control and the dial is a bit fragile. Otherwise, great and I like the option to tilt and drain feature.

The non-stick is peeling off the pan. This can't be good for the health. The pan should be taken back by the Breville company as this peeling going into the stomach can cause illness. I didn't understand how buyers rate this as 5-star. It's not! Requires replacement!
The banquet fryer is easy to use, easy to clean and large enough for the average family. Be mindful of the temperature settings so as not to over cook surfaces.
Overall well made and easy to use electric fry pan.Excellent temperature control range thermostat gives good result.Lid handle could be a better design. Fixture Screw came loose through Incorrect use of air vent.
Purchased from Mile End and couldn't be happier with the service received. However, I purchased this model to replace the previous Breville Banquet and it simply does not compare. Uneven heat transfer makes cooking my beloved chicken schnitzel can be underdone in some sections or overdone in others. The change in thermostat control had numbers to signify low medium or high, now we have steam, pan fry, saute and keep warm. No longer the premium electric frypan, this model is NOT an improvement.
My Breville heats up really quickly with the large element. The non stick surface is excellent for cooking and easy to clean. Very happy with Frypan, heavier than my old Sunbeam but much more efficient.
Good size frying pan with even heat distribution. Purchased to use during a kitchen renovation. It has been used to cook everything from pancakes to a roast dinner.Highly recommendClick and collect (during lockdown) was very efficient.
I've had to replace this product once already due to the non stick just deteriorating in under six months of regular use. Incredibly disappointed. Used only plastic and wooden utensils, as well as non scratch cleaning tools. Teflon just looks like it just come away from the pan, and weirdly its on the outer edges, instead of where you'd expect it in the center where I cook the most or on the heating elements where the usual browning is occurring. Hopefully I can get another replacement and just MAYBE it wont deteriorate and put toxins in my food.
