Since using an overlocker in college many years ago I've always wanted to own one and this is just perfect! It took a matter of minutes to read and learn how to set up the threads, and then understanding how to use the machine was veey straight forward. It makes such an amazing difference to all of my projects now and gives my garments a professional look! Brilliant quality and value I definitely recommend this one to all

I was hesitant to order this as I have never used an overlocker before. This was a great price compared to other sites. The machine was already threaded as a guide and was so easy to set up following the thread guides. It is a little bit more noisy than I was expecting but does a great job on cottons and knit fabric. I am so pleased with this machine after reading reviews on other sites. YouTube does a great tutorial if you can’t follow the dvd.

Only had this overlocker for a week, but have used it quite a bit. Very easy to operate. Even taught my husband to use in under an hour. Easy to thread. Plus has a very easy to understand DVD instruction. I am very happy with this machine. Hopefully will last a while. Got this on 20% cashback so even better. Cannot get anything nowadays for £200.

Easy to set up, good results. Looks like good quality built although plastic rather than metal machanisms.
Very easy to thread. I would recommend you watch YouTube tutorial if you have never done this before as it has handy tips. Simple operation and in my opinion is probably the best value overlocker for starters and intermediate sewers. Good quality, well packed, excellent all round.
Brought this machine aweek ago very pleased and happy with it easy threading sews perfect easy instructions to follow more advanced then the early brother overlocker
Bought this a couple of weeks ago, I used it straight away. I have upgraded to this machine from another brother. I am a experienced machinists, this machine is great better controls and threading is alot better. So easy to use and works really well. Making t shirts full make up. I would highly recommend this machine from a beginner to more experience sewer.
This is a lovely machine. Easy to thread (once I’d watched a you tube video!), really simple to use. Fabulous quality yet again from Brother. Ive used it a few times and no problems so far. This is my first overlocker so I’m glad I went with this one. Would highly recommend
I bought this machine as an upgrade to my workhorse Brother W343D i should not have bothered! Yes there are differences but upgrading should equal a better experience and hopefully ease of use this machine has neither! Threads are snapped during use due to feed problems l use good quality threads coats/moon so there is no reason for threads to tear they don’t in my older Serger/ overlocker or in my Husqavana programmable embroidery machine or sewing machine! I would advise you to think twice about this machine try to get a better quality machine or use the over locking stitch if you have one on your sewing machine!A lot of money for what will be a dust collector!
as a beginner the thought of using an over locker was dauting I seen my Nana use an industrial one and it was terrifying!! but that has changed the brother over locker is a great little machine ideal for beginners and more experienced sewers. its easy to thread and used and comes with a handy DVD if you are a visual learner.
