I wanted to replace my 7 year old printer with one that would give me all the functions ie. Print,Scan,Copy,Print to Disc.that I was used to. This printer also has the ability to print in A3 format.

Just purchased this product and found the Windows 10 setup to be simple. As with my other printers I use the USB (USB cable not included in the package) mode in lieu of 'wireless'. This printer is used primarily to print model cardstock buildings in colour in the PDF format. To date I have found the printer has worked effortlessly and is typical of the Canon quality. Personally when it comes to printers, Canon and Brother are the only ones I consider, and the only ones that have given me excellent service over the past 20+ years.

I bought this last weekend as my other printer broke after 7 years (not a Canon, other brand sadly got v poor reviews). Instore service was excellent. I chose the Canon as it got really good reviews and it has lived up to those reviews. Very easy set up thankfully and good quality printing, including colour photos. Would like more paper capacity, but not a huge problem. Otherwise first week in, really great and would recommend.

Bought this printer to replace my old Canon printer. It was very easy to set up with wireless option. Very good quality of printing. Easy to scan. This is used for home business and is used for a lot of printing. The XL tanks last quite a long time so not too expensive to run. Would highly recommend this printer.
I was actually after a Brother printer but due to all the COVID issues and schooling being completed at home - printers were in high demand. Stock levels were low and luckily there were a couple of Canons on the shelf. Purchased the TS9560, set up at home was very easy no issues at all. I work from home and use it on a regular basis - it does go through cartridges but it's not overly excessive.
Only bothering to post this feedback because some negative feedback on this product nearly swayed me not to buy. i have had previous canon printers (last one lasted 11 years!) and would buy again. Happy with this printer and features. If you follow the instructions it works as noted. Would buy again
My first printer wouldn't accept the replacement Canon ink after around 5 months so was replaced under warranty. Now 2 years later will only scan 1/2 document on platen glass thoiugh does scan through doucment feeder. Neither Canon nor repair company can find reason. Persevered as like features but as from yesterday decided it isn't recognized by computer. Reinstalled but won't print full photo and has taken 24 hours+ to print much needed document. Very disappointed as not cheap printer.
Prints in A3 easily and high quality. Does chew through the ink fairly quickly in comparison to something like the Canon G6065 but replacement ink isn't overly expensive. Well worth the purchase to print A3.
The wifi feature stopped working after a day or two, so now it's LAN only. Print quality is pretty poor, with stripes and occasional blotches. It's also capable of jamming paper so forcefully that the back panel pops open. It does at least print A3.
Bought this printer in July. Setting up for the Mac for printing was relatively easy but scanning from the Mac Air impossible. Have tried Canon site, help lines and app. Even had a "digital professional in" but having configured countless printers he conceded defeat it will scan to an iPhone but it wont scan to a Mac Air. The endless hours and cost trying to get it done. Total frustration.
