I have started taking these tablets, read a lot about them but how effective they are still to be concluded, however there is ample research supporting them. I use this brand as I have gluten allergy and these tablets don’t have gluten.

This is a great supplement to help reduce pain and swelling in joints.
I've been taking this for almost a month now and I can't really say it has made much difference to my neck and shoulder pain.
Have been taking these with the curcumin from Bioglan. My fingers were sore and stiff but since taking them they are almost back to normal really impressed.
For my 90 year old dad. Not sure if it's helping him or not.
